Placed my second order from Bullseye last week. Outstanding service on both orders. Ordered it Wednesday evening, item marked as dispatched Thursday morning, at my front door Friday morning. Very well packaged. Could not ask for a better service. Especially considering it came from N.Ireland and travelled 500 miles to get to me. Prices were very competetive too.

I cannot praise the staff of Bullseye country sports enough, excellent quality item. Was contacted by the staff, a young lady, confirmed my I.D etc a pleasure to deal with. My item was on my doorstep the next day. Highly recommended for all your country sports needs.

Amazing Service and Prices, For anything airsoft related BCS are one of the first places I look as their delivery times are phenomenal (Even when posting to Mainland UK from NI!)

Had an issue with a wrong part delivered, the correct part was delivered within two days and with no need to return the wrong item.
Excellent customer service, fast communication. Prices are excellent, thoroughly recommend.

I ordered a left handed holster. When it arrived it was right handed. Sent an email and after 5 days of no communication, I sent another email complaining about their customer service. Finally got a reply and basically got called a liar and was told I had ordered a right handed holster. They are currently out of left handed holsters when I checked, so I'm pretty sure they just sent me out the wrong one on purpose. I was told I could send it back to them at my cost and I would only be refunded for the holster and not the original postage. That would mean I would lose nearly the original price of what the holster cost on postage alone, so why would I do that?! Use this company at your own risk and don't expect any kind of customer service.

I had issues with my gun last week, I was absolutely clueless as to what the issue could have been. Jhonny had given me ALOT of information of what the issue could have been and constructive feedback as to try and eliminate any errors to what it won't be.

By this point I hadn't even bought anything yet, and still was getting alot of advice!! I decided to try and fix it my self with parts needed, I ordered them from bullseye again with Jhonny giving advice of how to fit as I'd never built/shimmed a gearbox before.

Parts we're with me within 2 days!!! Bearing in mind they were ordered on a Thursday night!! With me sat morning and coming from Ireland to England. I had broke the sector chip whilst doing the rebuild... ordered sat, with me Today!

Gun is now built and working perfect!

Thanks again to Jhonny and the team at bullseye will definitely be getting my products from these guys in the future!

Purchased a replica Colt 1911A1 from them a month ago. Very helpful with good communication and speedy delivery, shipped Friday PM, arrived Saturday AM, Can't beat that to an off-shore island. I purchased a ASG CAA M4 CQB airsoft weapon from Bullseyecountrysport. Unfortunately the safety selector would not work properly. However the staff (Emma and Johnny) were brilliant, they took it back at their cost and found the problem was a small broken spring inside. They not only replaced the spring but upgraded all the small springs inside at no extra cost. Amazing customer service guys!! I will certainly use you for as many future purchases as I can.

Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Ordered a small item (airsoft pistol magazine) end of February, which was not delivered to me. So far it has taken 21 emails, most of which telling me to wait and that they've not heard from Royal Mail, for them to conclude there was no issue and they will not be resending or refunding the item.
They have been useless, lied to me several times then claimed I have 'misinterpreted their emails'.

Overall ordering from this company has been a waste of my time, money and effort.

If anyone is concerned about this company, pm me and I can send you our email thread for you to see how useless they really are.

In summary, you might as well throw away or burn your money, you might get at least some mild amusement from it...
