Started using Bullwaves recently and the platform feels smooth and easy to navigate. Good range of assets and tools, overall a solid trading experience.

The agent that handle my query did it in an efficient manner, and was super professional.

Bullwaves proved me wrong. I thought it was bad at first, but the smooth withdrawals make it the best broker for me.

However you have come across this broker, please stay away. It is the worst thing you can do for yourself. I dont even know how they even function and still are in business. They are a total scam. You will have nothing but stress with these people. They will call you and harass you. Some eastern europe girl probably ukraine or something. DONT DO IT. STAY AWAY
The credit bonus is something they will lure you with. But its not real credit. As soon as a trade is below your own balance, you will get stopped out. That means an open position with more than 5k credit and you only down 500 and you will get stopped if your own balance is only 400 left

Paid for the challeng for funded account and made a nice profit and met the consistency rule but they reject your payouts and ignore your emails this company just takes your money and doesn’t pay out from multiple reviews. They get ppl to promote them on telegram but even popular you tubers all have bad things to say about them like switzy in his videos I wish u had done my homework now I have lost over 10k and now have to take legal action against them

Bullwaves Global has been reliable so far. Everything works smoothly, and communication is clear. Sonja in support was extremely helpful and made the process much easier. Appreciate the quick assistance!

Very rarely write reviews but I think trustpilot should introduce a 0 star buttons just for these jokers.

My deposit from 3 weeks ago has somehow gone 'missing' - 15 live chat conversations, 3 raised tickets and 6 emails later i'm still being told i will be contacted once it has been resolved.

Please do not give your money to them - scam artists of the highest order who do not know the meaning of the words customer and service.

Sent money over to be added to my account. Yet they have said it will be added when recived. My bank has confirmed it has been sent and recived buy them. All they say is they will open a ticket and get the accounts to look into this. Yet nothing has happened i wait 48 hr and again nothing happens. They just say i have to wait !!!!

I had a very negative experience. After trading for about a month they blocked my account and claimed I was trading aggressively, I've asked them multiple times to provide exact details they have ignored me, customer service keeps delaying and avoiding responsibility and haven't been able to access my profits since. Beware they are not properly regulated.

They just blocked and vanished all my profits. Accusing of hedging and short term trades with big lot (0.3), but since when scalping is prohibited? Even hedging is just a strategy to reduce risk, not removing it entirely. They are a scam project once you become profitable (which I did after 3 weeks). They accused me of not taking enough market exposure, but I risked so much that I went into drawdown 2 times (or margin call how they call). Run away from this scam. Maybe having a better spread does not mean fair trading for retail. WORST BROKER!

So like i bought a funded acc early july 5 ish 2025 100k right doing everything perfect staying above the draw down following their specific rules

Just remember ive inputed 48 trades the whole of july some ups some down its what ever

On like july 31
They email me a image data of my profile saying i done 0 trades and its classified as inactive acc yeah wtf ik

My mt5 acc has proof pictures of trades on 100k acc they provided to me that i used to log in

I made my way to make a ticket on the 3third i complied to them all confused asf they told me to wait i wait the following tuesday they informed me of the reason but i didnt accept it reasoning being becouse thats not my error

It was technical error either on their side of computed part or data syncing with my mt5 acc for not even configuring the data

Like prier to all this right i spoke to someone and let them know hey the data is not like showing why is that next thing ya know he was ooh here it is i see youre in an active open trade

Hmmm how did that person see it but the rest didn’t confusing

Kinda sketchy scummy if you ask me felt like a robbery if ya ask me

All i ask for them is for

Accountability for a faulty system,
• Restoration (or fair replacement) of a paid, active evaluation/funded account,
• Protection from system-side errors affecting your results.

Fix their wrong doing just to keep a loyal costumer

Further more i got suggested by these people but not gonna put them on blast really popular sadly ive got into a awful dreadfull experience

Still in the works of seeing the out come what the final verdict will be since 1st august i didnt trade put on a hall so rn its 6th 2nd day of waiting for a reply for the email and ill update here

If they reinstate everything make amends then ill suggest them if not then just dont go through the headache with these

As of 6 august the re instated the ac lc i got full acces for data sync is still not working at all and they flag their error as 1 error which i agree ti dis agree but hey i got the acc on my dashboard back to say the lease

A scam - stay away!
They will send you different websites and links with my.bullwaves and whatever but I would suggest that you stay away from this broker.
Definitely the worst experience.
You cannot withdraw your funds and the bonuses are fake.

As other customers have mentioned, I was unable to withdraw my funds. Looks like a scam to be honest.

Dozens of emails and back and forth with support no luck. Stay away. Never resolved support request: TT123267

I requested a withdrawal for 1501.64 USD from my trading account 925686 on 14/5/2025 and still not received anything. Live chat agents Peted, Sally, Tawida have been of no help. They claim to open tickets but no update. Their T&C says crypto withdrawals are 1-2 working days but its been long overdue.

Please give me my money.

Stay away from them. They will ruin you. They give fake credit bonus which will be taken out in the middle of a trade and wiped out your entire capital please stay away from them I lost £1000 in minutes just when the trade is turning green they took out the credit and I lost all my money please stay clear of them.

Today is 2nd May 2025.
I will be putting a negative review everyday until I receive my money.

On 2nd February 2025, I deposited $10,000 USD.

On 9th April 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of $2,213.08 USD. The funds came into my Australian Bank Account within 5 business days as per Bullwaves T&C. Thank you for this.

On 17th April 2025, I made a lot of money and have decided to cash it all out. I submitted a withdrawal request of $33,491.50 USD.

I understand there was Easter Friday and Easter Monday so I waited until 29th April 2025. I have not received the money and it is still showing as "pending".

I raised an issue on 29th April and was told it is being reviewed by compliance.
I raised an issue again on 30th April - they said be patient.
I raised it on 1st May - they said someone will message me that day. No email received.
Today is 2nd May - I've decided to leave this review.

My account number is 915559.

I've spoken to their chat team - Peter, Pearl and Tawida. They didn't provide much support except "raised a ticket". There's no one I can talk to.

I have emailed compliance@... and support@... No response from them.
