Very plwith product and pleased with services would definitely buy again

Highly recommend Bundle Baby to anyone. The pram I ordered was the best price I’d seen anywhere plus it was delivered within a few weeks. Communication on order status was updated constantly too.

There was a part missing from the car seat but after emailing I received a reply literally within a few minutes! They sent the missing item plus an additional gift which all arrived within a day or two. The email communication again was very prompt.

I would use Bundle Baby again without hesitation.

Excellent product, fast delivery

- Required a number of follow ups to get - through via email.
- There is no direct contact number to communicate with customer service.
- received the product in wrong colour but I had already spent several hours putting the product together so I didn’t communicate it back to company that it was incorrect colour.

Quick delivery and updates about when my highchair would come. Easy order process and competitive pricing.

Recommend the website. Good customer service too. Variety options on bundles.

Delivery took weeks to arrive, communication was absolutely poor. I went weeks without a buggy for my newborn baby.

We eventually agreeed to purchase the 9 in 1 Cybex travel system and it is simply incredible. The delivery was extremely punctual also (even with Niamh having COVID, thanks again!!)

I knew what car seat I wanted for my daughter so I googled it and baby bundle was the cheapest and after a quick look around the website they are generally good priced and because I have never heard of them before I was a bit hesitant to but I bought the car seat it came very quickly and so I will be using the website again.

They were very pleasant & helpful to deal with on the phone and ordering online.
