Well organised, hassle free and everything happened like clockwork. A couple of the tourist attractions were a bit cheezie but an all round good trip.

Hello Richard,
Thank you for your 5-star review, and we are glad that you enjoyed your tour of Japan!
The wonderful paradox of Japanese culture - the ancient and the modern - and somewhere along the way, the cheesiness slips in here and there. The main thing is that you can still enjoy them for what they may be for you!

A good tour for first timers to Japan as it covers so many of the iconic sites. The hands on activities such as paper making and calligraphy were a lot of fun. Our tour guide Rumiko was wonderful and did an excellent job in making everything run so smoothly. The accommodation and meals were of a high standard. The only change I would suggest is to reduce the amount of time given to shopping and to completely scrap the stop at the Gotemba Outlets.

Our second tour with Bunniks and we had a good mix of scenic and cultural experiences and plenty of free time to explore on our own. We enjoy the small group experience (we had 16) that Bunnik provides. Our only disappointment was the brash, incongruous American MC at the Sumo show. Would have preferred an actual Sumo demonstration rather than a tacky, staged show. Otherwise, everything else was great. We had the best local tour guide Takejiro who could not do enough for our group. He was very knowledgeable, caring, humorous & personable. We were pleasantly surprised at the numerous, delicious Japanese banquets that were included.

Very professional. We recently did Bunnik tours in South Korea & Japan. The tours included a variety of activities as well as sight seeing everything including accomodation, guides, activities, transport & tips. Our guides were amazing - their knowledge, enthusiasm, organisation, friendliness, empathy, energy etc was amazing. We would highly recommend Bunnik to anyone wanting an adventure with a variety of activities as well as sight seeing without the stress of organising the logistics.
