Well located hotels
Highlight activities- We had Dine with a Dane. Small groups went to the hosts home for dinner which was fantastic. Each host presented a special meal and it was so nice to meet them and chat over dinner.
Bunnik holidays are a great family run Australian travel company that know what a journey should include. They have researched each area, found the best people to operate with them, to provide the best travel experiences for their clients.

The Scandinavian tour was excellent. The bus was very comfortable with plenty of room and a whole double seat each. The ferry to Oslo and the three flights between destinations made the travel easy and maximised the time in the places on the itinerary. The tour leader Tina was exceptional and very knowledgable The hotels were all very good apart from North Point but that was only due to lack of options at the location. The group dinners were all excellent with good food and locations . We felt that we got an amazing overview of Scandinavia in the time we had and can’t think of anything that would have improved it. Thank you from two very happy travellers.

The Scandinavian Discovery Tour was one of the best trips I have ever undertaken. The itinerary fulfilled all my expectations, covering all the locations and experiences I had wished to see and do. Organisation and management of the entire trip was done to perfection in my opinion.

Hubby and I did the Scandinavia tour, Finland Norway and Denmark. Everyone had a window seat on the bus tours which was excellent. Well organized tour, beautiful scenery, with an exceptional on the road tour guide. Thanks to Tina who provided us with humorous dialogue and lots of facts about each area we visited. Our other tour guides were also very good. And a shout out to the excellent experience we had with the staff and particularly Winnie who was our point of contact.. thank you.

Fantastic Tour the scenery was beautiful. Our Travel Consultant Paul was amazing. Excellent Tour Director Ece. Cannot speak highly enough of Bunniks and the service they provide, have been on several of their tours and thoroughly enjoy them.
Great company, everything has been thought of. Great excursions. Would absolutely recommend this tour with Bunnik. The internal flights cut down on the endless bus trips that other similar companies offer which is worth the extra cost involved.

Many areas could be improved:
excursions; meals: breakfast every day and at least one other during day would be advisable.;
Indications of meal prices and variety should be indicated as able;
Accomodation should include refrigeration and air-conditioning if possible
guide instructions such as day start and meeting should be promoted clearly and then confirmed.
We were leaving prior to attend other tours via Viking etc and did not receive details of itinerary until two days prior to leaving. Surely a brief outline should be provided at least 7 days after required payment.

Disappointed with meals as limited options ( very few meals provided other than breakfast);
greater use of sound as unless all close together unable to hear! too much showing of native house/ life style/ representation( should be reduced to onlt one in each country)

Regarding meal inclusions on tour, we do try to intentionally limit these in destinations where there are readily accessible and diverse dining options. Our philosophy is to provide travellers with the freedom to explore local cuisine and experience the culture through independent dining choices. Our Tour Directors are then on-hand for recommendations at each location. I do apologise if this was not clearly communicated prior to travel, and we will review our processes to ensure clarity moving forward.
Thank you for your feedback regarding your tour documentation. I understand that you had various arrangements prior to your Bunnik Tour resulting in an earlier departure date from Australia. For our Scandinavian Discovery tour, full tour documentation is available from 26 days prior to commencement of the tour. As your departure from Australia was 16 Jun 25, I understand our Operations team received a request for your documentation to be sent earlier, and were able to do so on 5 Jun 25, as soon as we had full confirmation of the tour itinerary. Your recommendation that perhaps a lesser detailed itinerary be sent prior to this in these instances is appreciated and I will pass this onward to be considered moving forward.
We also aim to provide a diverse range of sightseeing experiences to cater to varied interests. We acknowledge that cultural or lifestyle representations may not appeal to every traveller, and we will pass your suggestion regarding limiting these to one per country onto our Product team, who plan our departures, for their consideration.
It is unfortunate to hear of the issues encountered with the audio system whilst sightseeing. Thank you for bringing this our attention and we will be reaching out to our local provider to ensure that all systems used are suitable for the surrounding environment.
Thank you once again for your valuable input; it helps us continuously improve our tours. It was a pleasure having you both join us on tour, and we hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon.

We really enjoyed this tour. It was an adventure travelling through remote areas to the North Cape. The scenery varied from day to day and we were lucky to see it nearly always in fine weather with blue skies- quite magnificent. Rita our guide looked after us all and was calm when our program had to be adjusted due to airline issues beyond our control. This was our third Bunnik tour, they have all been different and we have enjoyed them all.

Well organised tour with only 19 travellers. Rita our guide very calm and patient. Beautiful scenery and loved the architecture of the older buildings.
