Great customer service. Seamless and with great charm.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I was recommended Ross by a friend and I’ve now recommended him myself to friends, my parents and colleagues. Ross made car buying genuinely enjoyable.

After 12 faithful years with my old car, I was totally overwhelmed at the prospect of searching for a new one but Burcham Car Sourcing instantly took all the stress away. Not only sourcing a beautiful car but assisting with the best finance options - thank you Ross and team.

I have been buying car from Ross (3) for the past few years.
I always received a fantastic service,in his dictionary there is no such expression as "no can do".
My last purchase was the best experience dealing with Ross. I called in the morning, detailing all the specs i wanted and got my car in the afternoon exactly as i specified.

5 years ago I purchased a gorgeous bucket list car through Burcham Car Sourcing. Dealing with Ross was an absolute pleasure, his hospitality, outstanding knowledge and reassuring style allowed me to buy with total confidence, knowing that I would only find a very carefully sourced and fairly priced car through him. I felt 'looked after' as a buyer.

5 years later, having enjoyed the car hugely but feeling ready for a change, Ross was my first point of call to test the market for moving the car on.
As confident as I had been in the buying experience, I was equally reassured as a seller that my investment was in the safest and most trustworthy of hands, and quite soon a very good deal was secured.

In a sometimes unscrupulous trade, Ross is the exception. He is a true gentleman in whom any buyer or seller can trust with absolute confidence.
