After I saw this place on the morning tv show I opened a shop on there Enchanted Emerald Forest Designs - I have my own store snd web sites but wondered why I didn’t get any interest from customers on this site - guess after reading this I can see why - how disappointing:(

This is a scam in a very well constructed facade.

This business has issues. Repeating lies over and over. Over promising and under deliver. Buy from this market place at your own risk.

Took money for product but failed to deliver (3 weeks + wait) & wouldn't offer refund. Lack of communication. Avoid at all cost.

Pathetic business ethics.

Ordered 19/07, as of 11/08, still not sent. Request of refund ignored and no reply.
Absolute scam.
Initiated credit card charge back

Bought jerky on 19/7/2021, website states orders will be shipped within 3-4 days. Over 3 weeks later and still no sign of the order having shipped. Communication from the company has been poor - continually pushing back the ETA and then not delivering. The company is now (illegally) refusing to process refund requests so I will have to undertake a credit card chargeback.

They take your money before they even have the stock to sell - then let you know the order is coming, being dispatched etc. All lies - check the Ugg boot deal and Beef Jerky deal on ozbargain and you'll see hundreds of complaints

scam, bought jerky on 19/07/2021 and now 11/08/2021 still no shipping information yet and no paypal payment option had to call bank to ask for chargeback, ever again

Overpromise and underdeliver, they will post a deal elsewhere and give you five ETAs. Delays after delays, no reply to emails, and a lack of communication or a barrage of false promises. If you want to support Aussie businesses, support them locally just not through Buy Aussie Now
