Fast and easy return

My product came through from the manufacturer missing parts. I couldn't get satisfaction from them. BuyDig gave me a fast and painless return and refund. I have used BuyDig before and will again.

My purchasing experience encountered a bit of difficulty, but the staff of Buydig ironed out the wrinkles directly and effectively.

Horrible

Horrible. Waited weeks for my order. Had to contact them to find out status. They didn't even have the item I was able to order. They are more concerned emailing thank yous, then they are with the actual order. Never use them again!!

I am satisfy with the item but came…

I am satisfy with the item but came with missing parts and have to reach out to the manufacturer to get the replacement pieces. It has been a month since the manufacturer said they will send out the parts. There's still hasn't been any updates to the shipment. I guess that's the price you pay when buying refurbished product.
