Awful

Awful. The item I received was nothing like was advertised on their website. The look and size was totally different. I had contacted support and they agreed to send me a replacement seeing as the item I received was wrong. The replacement that showed up was somehow even WORSE than what I had originally gotten. Practically the size of my hand so, unusable. They claim that the replacement was the correct one, but this is untrue. Their website is simply false advertisement. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. You will not be satisfied.

ordered on 06.12.2022, it was over a month before we arrived, but since there was no one at the address, my item was sent back and have now tried via email to cancel my order and get my money back but I get no response from them, it is a big fraud company that I intend to report for fraud

Excellent Customer Service!

Terrible do not buy from here the item took weeks to ship and never arrived. It’s implied that the orders are shipped from the UK or Europe when they are being shipped from China. Awful service with no product to show for it!

First, though our headquarters is in the UK, our factories are located in East Asia and Southeast Asia, and we will transfer the goods from the factory if the stock is in short supply. Then, usually our package can arrive within 10 working days, but if it encounters customs random inspection, the arrival time of the package will be delayed by about 5 working days.
