No products and no refund

I bought two products, didnt recieve either and did not recwieve a refund. HERMES could not deliver as they came during the week and working hours. They also would nt leave in a safe place. As a result, they returned the products to Buysupps. I contacted Buysupps via the website "contact us" asking if they would be reshipping or refunding. I did not receive a response to any of my enquiries. Terrible expierience, £26 down and bought the same supps from a alternative store. Order number 29898
