WOW Skin Science レビュー

⭐☆☆☆☆

Very disappointing experience with WOW Skin Science.

I placed a prepaid order for 10 items, but later I was informed that 2 of the products were out of stock. I requested that those two items be replaced with two other products instead of delaying my order.

To resolve this, I tried contacting customer support multiple times. I made more than 15 calls, but only one call was answered. I also sent an email and a WhatsApp message, but I have received no response.

My order was placed on 19 July, and despite the promised delivery timeline, the order status is still showing "Processing." There has been no proper communication or update from the company.

This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, especially for a prepaid order. I expected much better support and timely updates.

I hope WOW Skin Science improves its customer service and resolves my order issue as soon as possible.

I really don't want to give one star also bcoz they had cheat on me on the name of sale .....my whole parcel was received open so I returned it back after they dnt received my calls not refunding my money ....
M so frustrated dnt buy any product from wow it's request

My daughter ordered 8 body lotions for 1000 rs. in sale. But disappointed I got two body wash and 1 body lotion despite of my previous order. I talked to customer care and they were very rigid that they have sent right order. And warehouse is trying to neglect it's mistake. Be aware wow company is doing scam behind the sale. It is very irresponsible on the part of the company.

After complaining about the wrong product, they said they would refund my money. But it's been almost 27 days now and they still haven't refunded my money. Useless

The Aloe Body Lotion from WOW Skin Science smells amazing! It arrived right when I needed it and made my face look brighter.
