ESTAFADORES. el 22/07/2024, realice el pedido, la verdad es que su pagina ofrece garantía, currada con buenos precios pero sin llegar a sospechosos.
Yo pedí un producto que solo ellos tenían y la ilusión de haberlo conseguido me cegó, trasferencia, IBAN real de Italia, vamos todo como otras muchas tiendas con las que nunca he tenido problemas, comprobé lo mas básico, y zasca. A día de hoy como otros compañeros, no se nada del producto ni del dinero,
al principio correos alargando el plazo de entrega.
Ya le he solicitado la ANULACION DEL PEDIDO Y QUE ME DEVUELBAN EL IMPORTE, y ahora ya el silencio. Si por casualidad se arreglase el problema, rectificaría el comentario, de momento esperare una semana y luego denuncia GC y Consumo, Es la primera vez que me pasa y estoy mirando como hacerlo.
SIGO REITERANDO “ESTAFA”

Reclamar el dinero a su banco, no sirve de nada, a mi me han contestado que la empresa les dice que han enviado el pedido, pero por lo menos que vean con quien trabajan.

This is a Scam! Prices are too good to be true! Unfortunately, I did a bank transfer for a bike (April 2024), they keep delaying the delivery with 2 weeks every time with no reason. The do not answer to the phone and email communication is really basic, avoiding the questions I have. If I ever get the bike, I will delete this post... but I really doubt that is going to happen. SCAM!

Acquisto facile e veloce. Ho ricevuto i pedali e le manopole in pochissimo tempo, esattamente come descritti. Sicuramente tornerò a comprare qui!

Heb 7 weken geleden een e-bike bij Bycicle.net gekocht , een bedrijf op Sicilië in Italië omdat de prijs gunstig was.
Verzend datum is nu al 4x veranderd.
Iedere keer als het bijna zover is wordt verzending met 14 dagen verlengd zonder opgave van reden.
Heb de koop herroepen dus nu wacht ik maar of ik geld terug krijg.
Ruikt naar Mafia en raad iedereen aan , ondanks prijs , niet in zee te gaan met deze firma want ze zijn niet te vertrouwen wat levering betreft en ik ben bang dat ik geld kwijt ben.
Telefoonnummer is een callcenter en Bedrijf blijkt helemaal niet te bestaan , is een startup in 2023 en heeft geen activa op bankrekening.
Ga nog kijken of er juridische stappen mogelijk zijn op Europees gebied.

Doe aangifte bij politie.
Geef op Facebook op hun site ann dat dit fraude is.
bycicle.net ontkent dat zij de juiste firma zijn.

ESTAFADO POR ESTA EMRESA.

A fecha de hoy, 22/07/2024, sigo sin recibir los componentes comprados el pasado 11/06/2024. Se trata de un kit de frenos shimano grx 810, trasero.

Incluso ahora ya ni contestan los correos electrónicos.

Ich habe am 2.06.24 eine Bestellung getätigt.
Am 4.06.24 ist die Zahlung eingegangen.
Nach ca. einer Woche hab ich mal nach der lieferung gefragt und ich wurde auf den 26.06.24 vertröstet.
Ich habe mich gewundert da ja laut den Onlineshop alle sofort lieferbar war. Ich habe dann mahl erst gewartet und immer wieder auf den Shop geschaut und es war immer alles sofort lieferbar.
Mitlerweile habe ich dann hier die vielen negativen bewertungen gelesen und haben dann meine Bestellung am 24.06.24 storniert.
Mein Geld habe ich innerhalb 2 Tage zurück erhalten.

I lost 5000 euro by ordering 2 bikes that have not been delivered so far!. They postpone the shipping date time after time (by 2 weeks without any reason for the delay). Everything looks perfect including the invoice when you order, but after payment it goes silent. They have not responded on any contact by phone (despite frequent attempts)

In case the bikes will be delivered still, I will delete this review but I have very little trust this is going to happen. To avoid other people to make the same expensive mistake I hereby provide this warning.

i have been waiting for a bike for over 15 days and they now tell me another 15 days for the shipping. i have suspicions that this is a scam unless they prove me wrong within few days. they said they had stock and then whilst the transaction was made they ran out... now i see more people repeating the same. SCAM! i will report!

Tanta la scelta e buono il prezzo. Sono stati gentili e veloci a rispondere quando ho chiesto informazioni sul prodotto ed ho ricevuto la merce velocemente.

Ordinato pedali, manopole e ricambi tecnici e ho rimesso a nuovo una vecchia bici. Grazie anche all assistenza che mi hanno aiutato a scegliere i ricambi giusti!! Negozio on Line serio e affidabile.

Sito ben organizzato. Vasta scelta di pezzi di ricambio per le bici a prezzi molto competitivi. Mi sono trovato molto bene. 😉

ottimo sito ho ordinato alcune cose per la mia bicicletta un po vecchiotta per riprenderla, arrivato tutto come da descrizione
