Very prompt fast service

Hayley was awesome to deal with and ensured we got the exact product we were after for a competitive price. Postage was super quick and we really appreciate the added effort ;)
Will definitely be back!

prompt delivery, great price, equipment was well packed and in good condition.

I was referred to Byron Music by a friend, and I was very impressed with the helpful and friendly service.

Easy and reliable transaction

I bought the guitar online so I was not there to try it in person . So I made my inquiry about it , Haylee responded with a good description about the guitar . So I bought it in good faith . The guitar exceeded my expectations , it is in such pristine condition [it was a pre-owned item} and it has incredible playability and tone . I'm glad I trusted Byron Music for this major purchase , they have a very happy customer in me , thanks very much
Peter

Very responsive easy to deal with highly recommend

The fact that you had what I needed in stock and, I was able to place an online order and receive through the post the same week.

I ordered and paid for a product off the website and then someone called me and said they would have to refund me the money because they didn’t actually have that product..

Thank you great service and very fast delivery

Competitive pricing and very prompt shipping when comparing to other retailers.

Byron Music had a hard to get pair of drumsticks in stock and delivered them to me with speed and efficiency.
That's greatness right there!

Awesome store, rad peeps, great experience!

It has taken quite some time to get my guitar checked out and restrung. Been waiting a couple of weeks or so.

Hard to find product shipped quickly and good price.

Prompt courteous service and will purchase from then in the future!

Immaculate second hand guitar. Excellent communications and packaging for delivery. Very happy!
