A lot of my samples came broken unfortunately, but still useable. I miss the old 4x4 samples, as they were much sturdier and didn't break so easily.

Wrong samples sent.

I ordered several samples and was very excited to see them in my space. I received them in good time, however, when I opened the box, there were 4 identical bland grey samples rather than the samples I requested. I have ordered again and I am hoping that the new order has the samples I requested.

I appreciate the quick shipping however I don’t feel like it was worth $30 to send four small samples. If the extra fee was due to the expedited shipping, I would’ve rather spent less money and had it take a few extra days. Maybe consider offering two shipping options. $30 just seems like too much money for this.

ordered 4 samples for $30

ordered 4 samples for $30. Two of the samples were exactly the same (altho labeled differently) and looked NOTHING LIKE the picture on the back. Very unhappy, and certainly unwilling to purchase anything from this company if they can't even bother with checking their samples are correct.
