Commande jamais reçu depuis octobre et aucune réponse à mes mails et appels. Des voleurs et surtout à fuir

Le matériel motone commandé est arrivé défectueux.
J’ai envoyé plusieurs mail.. impossible de les avoir au téléphone.
Je n’ai aucune réponse.

De verzending was wat trager dan beloofd maar toch nog op tijd binnen.

Ich habe für meine Triumph
ein Heckeliminator und ein Blinkerset bestellt. Nach den eher schlechten Bewertungen war ich etwas verunsichert...
Ich habe aus der Schweiz bestellt und alles wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Die Teile sind auch Top!
Ich denke mal Sie haben sich verbessert. Ich jedenfalls bin sehr zufrieden. Danke.

Ordered new battery + battery box in april - 2024 only the box has arrived so far.

Got message that they have delay but still no battery.

Miss it as we have sunshine now.

surtout évitez ce site ne répondent jamais malgré les appels et les mails mais par contre ils répondent pour vous insulter quand on se retracte !!transpire l incompétence !!le pire site jamais croise sur le net !!je ne recommande pas du tout

Very poor customer service.
Bought an item that was suppose to fit my motorcycle according to the description. Provided the seller pictures of the item not fitting, and even proof from their supplier admitting that it was not made for my bike. The seller has made no effort to fix their mistake and since I am outside of the EU, I have been charged duties on the import etc and now I must pay for the return + duties which will be hard to get back causing me to lose a lot of money in the process for their mistake.

Item ready to deliver. Still no delivery after 3weeks. scam!

Ich habe eine Motorradjacke bestellt, die leifer nicht mehr lieferbar war. Die Rückabwicklung und Erstattung des Kaufpreises hat sehr gut geklappt.

Never again, no response for a week. When I asked where my item was, I was told that the item was no longer available, although it was still listed on the homepage. After contacting PayPal, I got my money back.

I ordered BMW K frame loop, handlebar and front headlight. For now, headlight seems to be undamaged and fine (but i dont conected it and tested it). But othere two are problem.
Frame loop is dented and not simetrical, i cant weld it to the frame becouse i cant alinged it properly to my frame becouse of dent. And if i manage to, it will look like frame is deformed cause like i said loop is dented.
Handlebar package come in damaged condition, and when i taked out plastic package from box, i noticed that handlebar have multiple deep scraches that dameged painting.
Ok. Things happens sometimes. That why there is customer support and goods return/refund. But not in this case. I contacted their customer support, but i had no response. Its already past 2 weeks. I just wanted to return and change bad items for good ones. But it seems that this will not be done.

Waren erg behulpzaam bij mijn zoektocht naar het juiste onderdeel. Daarnaast was de levering sneller dan verwacht.

Modelspecifiek onderdeel past niet, geen antwoord van de klantenservice. Slechte recensie over het product wordt gewoon niet publiceert. Nooit meer
