After working closely with the staff and management for nearly a month—holding senior roles including Support, Under Head-Support, and Admin—I feel it is my responsibility to warn people about how this service operates.

While the frontline staff are great, the owners are largely inactive and unpredictable. Behind the scenes, what is marketed as a secure, private, and safe environment is actually heavily compromised, publicly known, and widely shared. It is entirely unsafe to use.

Furthermore, despite paying for a full-month subscription, I was banned every single time I attempted to use it—effectively having my access blocked on purpose by the owners. When I was finally removed from my position, it wasn't for misconduct; it was simply because I asked someone to be respectful to an owner.

Consider this a verified public warning from Neusence: do not trust the security claims of these illegitimate owners.

Additional Information Provided: They use monoauth or monolith which is a well known scam artist anyway and exit scammer. He sells scripts otherwise known as macros, and he also sells full blown kernel hacks, which will get you banned.

Really good cheat, the admins are working really fast and finds solution every time if needed.

i got banned in rust after wipe using calamari, i opened a ticket asked why, they said shitty spoofer, then they found out 2 other people got banned the same way and then keno banned me from calamari, security and keno also blocked me
