I have ordered 2 covers, both arrived on time and work great!

Terrible company. Summary is don’t waste your time unless you want to end up wasting hours of your time trying to return the product that doesn’t live up to expectations, and spending money on shipping it back. These guys are scammers.
I Bought a custom windshield shade. Before I purchased, I asked for a picture to see how it would fit my car. I emphasized a perfect fit around the rear view mirror was key. They sent me a picture. Looked like a perfect fit. When I received the shade it didn’t fit at all. I wrote them and sent them some pictures showing it did not fit my car. He wrote me back and said he didn’t have the pic his colleague sent me of the fit so I had to send him the pic he should have had in the email chain. He wrote back again and said their manufacturer said they sent the right shade even though it didn’t fit my car. He then said he was on my side in working with the manufacturer. It was as if he denied having any type of accountability for selling me a product that didn’t fit, and that he was only a neutral, third-party mediating between me and the manufacturer whom I’ve never even dealt with .He told me that my best bet is to send more pictures from the angles that would match the manufacturer’s pictures. So I obliged, even though I thought that was absolutely nonsense since the pictures that I sent showed clearly that the shade did not fit. And he also said I should explain to the manufacturer my issue. To me it’s completely ridiculous that I have to argue with the manufacturer when California car cover should be doing that. They acted like they were a neutral third-party with no accountability for the products they are selling and marketing as custom. . So I sent back all the requested info and said I wanted a full refund and a free shipping label. Finally, he gave me a shipping label and I sent the shade back but they still charged me $14 for shipping back their crap product.

Garbage company. Used to be the very best. now the products are completely sub standard. We purchased 2 covers recently at a cost of over $1000 and they both failed to protect the vehicles from rain after just a few months. We operformed the tests they asked u to do and sent in the video and photo results. But they insist on us sending them back at our expense with no guarantee that they will replace them Its as if they think we are misleading them or plain lying!
We have used their covers for over 15 years with no issues even if they failed.
Now they are just telling su that unless we spend many hundreds of dollars to return them they will not accept any blame.
Stay well away from California Car Covers.

Ordered a custom made cover for a
Miata. Paid to get the highest grade cover and compared to the same type cover for a mustang I ordered in 2008, this newer cover is cheaper quality, different fabric and of course much more expensive. I’m convinced I was shipped the wrong type cover but trying to deal with customer service, it’s absolutely awful because you can’t actually reach a live person.
The website hours of business are inaccurate as the customer service doesn’t even start work till 10am PST, Good luck if you need to speak to an actual person.

The fit of the cover is off, one side mirror is positioned differently than the other so the cover hangs lower on one side and pulls tight over the back glass to barely reach the antenna.
I rate the product a 5 out of 10, and customer service a 2 out of 10.

Car cover ripped after 3 years. This company says warranty is 5 years. But they do not make the warranty process simple. You would think after spending $650 on a car cover they would make the process very simple and elite. This company wants you to ship your cover back to them (and pay for it) and you will wait 3-4 weeks and that’s IF they warranty it. 650 dollar car cover should come with a hassle free warranty process not one that leaves your car baking in the 100 degree heat for 3-4 weeks. Save your money buy the cheaper version from car cover dot com.
