The guy who arrived completed the jobs quickly with great dedication and was very pleasant. He cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't have asked for a better, efficient service.

I went in last week due to a broken specialist front door key. Lucas was super helpful and went above and beyond, with a sturdy temporary fix to help get me back into my home. I went in yesterday, for a spare key only to hear another local resident praise him for finding a key for an old internal lock. Thanks again Lucas!

Outstanding. The office was responsive and helpful. Scott was on time, careful, and thought his way through to a solution for a locked balcony door which had defeated our (perfectly good) local locksmiths. He absolutely knew what he was doing.

Great service. Easy to contact. Thorough. Polite. On time and tidy. Our back catch had failed and jack managed to replace the back so we could still keep our keys. Jack also had very useful safety tips.

Had a broken key in lock. Went to Scott and he was able to fix it and no cost. Friendly and quick. If you have any lock troubles I urge you to use them. Very professional!

I would like to thank in particular who went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I could safely close my window. He has restored my faith in human nature.

I called them out yesterday to deal with a jammed deadlock. Prompt and utterly professional they completed an excellent repair. Having a busted deadlock could end up with major damage to the door. He managed to avoid that and I ended paying a very reasonable bill.

Having read about several companies which seem to be quite unscrupulous i was worried about finding a locksmith, however the service i have just experienced from Callow leaves me little doubt i would use them in the future. Arrived exactly on time and provided me with several options to resolve the reason for my call-out. The locksmith even suggested i should go for the cheaper option! Prices are average from the research i have done and i paid exactly what i was quoted in the initial call. If you live in south London and need a locksmith then definitely contact Callow!
