Nous avons versé un acompte de 475€, le 2 février..
On reçoit la confirmation, et il nous demande de payer la totalité avant le 8 février 🤔 déjà louche.
On demande un lien pour le règlement.. il nous envoie un RIB ( agence immobilière) déjà louche... Après il me dit de passer par Wise .. on crée un compte... Et au moment de régler ... Au milieu de la page s'inscrit ... CE TRANSFERT EST SUSPECT......
Et depuis Aziz ne nous répond plus.. par WhatsApp

I had a problem with an order, and they were very helpful. They also were very quick to respond. Would have no be problem using them again .

Une gestion plus que douteuse. Nous voulons progammer un voyage en camping car au Maroc, a chaque fois les périodes sont négatives. Par contre sur le site toujours disponible. On tourne en rond, alors pour la réservation de l'avion c'est compliqué. J'ai envoyé des messages, comme ils m'ont demandé de faire, afin qu ils me donne les disponibiités sur deux mois,sans réponses.
J'ai relancé par mail, et cette fois la réponse est :"il faut que l'opération soit concrétisée pour prendre contact avec le loueur". Alors là, comment faire? C'est une histoire sans fin.
Vraiment je déconseille, car on passe son temps à réserver. Pourquoi, le site n'est pas à jour, ce serait déjà plus simple. De plus imposible a joindre, pas de téléphone.

Though their talented staff in helping in case of disputes, they fail at securing agreements between customer and service providers (RV owners). Campanda is simply speaking a platform that provides no guarantees to ensure the contract is honoured. Contrarily to other popular platforms as Airbnb, there is no established way to provide compensation in case that fraud appears. They wash your hands when the agreement is not done (and your money never gets back).

Then, better to deal directly with the owners than paying for an intermediate party providing little value and no security at all.

Still waiting for my refund.
I had booked a camper for 3 nights in Belgium for April. Since our entire trip (flights, bicycle race) was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I had to cancel the reservation and I was told in late march I would get the entire amount back minus a 25% service fee. Come mid-July, and I still haven't received my money back. The person supposed to rent me the camper van has disappeared, doesn't reply to e-mails or Whatsapp messages. Campanda has closed its phone customer support and their only replies to my mails are to keep trying to contact the person supposed to rent us the camper, and then that they will try themselves. Useless service, terrible communication and overall zero confidence in these clowns.

Ils encaissent la totalité 4,5 mois avant la date de départ, alors que leurs conditions précisent 40% à la réservation, le solde 60 jours avant le départ. Ils ne veulent pas le reconnaître et sont méprisants. Ils ne savent pas lire et comprendre leurs propres clauses ? Non, ils sont malhonnêtes. Ne passez pas par eux, ils ne sont pas sérieux.

I've had 2 rentals with Campanda and both went horrible. Neither renter received invoices, rental agreements or roadside assistance information from the company. Both renters caused damage to the RV, the second one was substantial. The company also requires the RV owner to collect the damage deposit from the renter, instead of the company doing it and the company still collects their commission of 20%. Campanda is based in Europe and not the US. Reaching anybody is nearly impossible unless you blast them on Facebook. If you are an RV owner thinking of renting out your personal RV, don't use this company.
