Trouble Logging On

I was having trouble logging on to the Canaccord portal. I phoned Client Services but that went through to voice mail; I phoned my relationship manager and after a long pause got the message they were unavailable so my call was being put through to Reception. That then went through to voice mail. Finally I tried a different option on the call and got through to Michelle Brown. Michelle was really helpful and we tried a number of things before she got me in. So that was really great after my earlier troubles. Thank you Michelle!

How Canaccord treat their clients

My experience of Canaccord Wealth has covered over 5 years, with annual reviews with a dedicated manager (that does not change every year {a further indication that this company treats its employees as it treats its clients}) and in this particular case, I forgot a password to log in to the online site to access my portfolio details.
A simple call (answered immediately by Jayne Clarkson) put me through security to identify me, followed by an immediate resolution of the problem. This is what is considered the "old fashioned" standard of banking, which can be considered rare among financial institutions these days, but fortunately not with Canaccord.

I have been unable to log in for a few days. Phoned the helpline and Jayne Clarkson talked me through the process brilliantly. After a few minutes I was logged in. Thank you Jayne.

Helpful Canaccord Team

I was having difficulty logging into my account. I contacted the Worcester office and they arranged for for me to have a telephone call with a very understanding and patient lady called Jayne Clarkson. She helped me to fix the problem very quickly and it was very much appreciated.

Excellent Customer Services Support

I had forgotten my login credentials for the Conaccord website. I phoned the client services support number and got through to a customer support agent immediately, the lady who helped me was Jayne and she was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful, in just a few short minutes I was in and able to access my data. First class service, thank you.

It would have been longwinded and difficult to have tried to solve the problem by exchange of emails. Jayne took the time to phone and as a result was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
In summary Jayne was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Our search for help with our pensions.
Having spoken with different wealth planners we decided to go with Canaccord Wealth.
Frazer was the most professional wealth planner that we spoke with. SIPP set up was very efficient. Thus far all is good.

Setting up a SIPP for retirement.

Frazer explained the process clearly and answered all our questions. He listened to what we wanted to achieve and helped us plan and implement our retirement plan. He, and Canaccord, were by far the most efficient and professional company of the many we spoke to before making our choice.
We feel we are in safe hands to see us through our retirement.

Problem solved!

Had a problem getting into the Cannacord App today through my own forgetfulness re passwords etc. Called the Support line and made contact with Michelle Brown. Immediate assistance delivered by Michelle in a very friendly manner. later a second call was needed, again occasioned by my ineptitude, and Michelle, very patiently sorted me out. Whilst the calls failed to increase the size of my portfolio, the response I received was very much appreciated! Thank you!

Quick and efficient response to request for online access

Have recently set up a Canaccord discretionary portfolio on behalf of my mother in law. So far everything has gone smoothly and a recent request for online portal access was handled very promptly by Michelle in the Blackpool office. All set up and working within a day.

Professional, responsive, thorough and caring

Paul has been both highly professional and caring in his response to managing funds for my mother after the death of my father. He has been responsive to phone and email contact, providing thorough, informed advice based on changing circumstances and needs.
