I booked transportation from the AirPort to Xcaret hotel with my family of 3 and it was smooth, we got there on time for lunch!

Excellent customer service, instructions are very clear to were to find the rep upon arrival. I will definitely rebook with this company again.

Sorry to say but like so many other people this company suddenly cancelled on us.. After waiting for 30+ min at the instructed location at the terminal we called the company who said a car was coming in 20 mins, and then 5 mins later they write to us on WhatsApp that there will be no car showing up..

We booked this company since we knew it was gonna be difficult getting an affordable transportation on new years eve, and we were so relieved to have that sorted after travelling for 20h.. but instead we ended up stressing over being stranded at the airport and then having to pay the double amount for a dodgy "taxi".

Now the company haven't replied on WhatsApp so instead we tried writing to them on their chat-function on the website and we also sent them an email but without any answer for days now.. So here we are writing a review with hope for a respons?

I'm sure this company is not all bad, but they can't keep charging people alot of money, send a confirmation email that say a car will be waiting at the airport if they don't have enough drivers or cars- or whatever the reason is?!

Booked to 2 trips with this company, on arrival we waited more than one hour, never showed up, reimbursed part of the money, the second trip I requested cancellations days before after the previous bad experience but I still was charged and nobody showed up, havent recieved my money back.
SCAM company stay away

I booked a private round trip transfer. Upon arrival to the airport, the taxi was not ready, we were made to wait for about 30 minutes for them to arrive despite having our flight details, then after waiting this time we were told only 1 van was available and we could share with some other people and we’d pay half of the total price for the round trip which we accepted.

On the day of our departure I messaged to double check our transfer back was confirmed and they said because we only paid half of the fare our return was not planned for and that we should find alternative transport 2.5hours before they were supposed to be collecting us. This lead to a very stressful end to our holiday as we frantically had to find our way back to the airport, which we ended up having to go half bus and half taxi.

I spoke to their customer support and they were not very remorseful or empathetic about the situation they’d caused, they told me I would receive an adjustment in the fee I paid as I only received a one way transfer in the end but I have still not heard back.

I would not recommend this company.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. If I could leave less than one star, I would.
We booked transportation way in advance.
Pick-up was scheduled for November 17th. No show.
When we called, we were told the waiting time for the driver was twenty minutes, and we did arrive too late.
But we were told to take a taxi and would be reimbursed.
That did not happen.
Our flight back was scheduled for December 08th. But my wife had an accident, and we needed to change the flight and transportation.
We tried to call, But nobody answered in the morning, afternoon and evening. We sent messages and asked for a callback. Nobody called back. We are still waiting!
Altogether we paid a fee for transportation in the amount of USD 268.
This amount was the net income of the company. No service and transportation were delivered. Total scam

When we arrived we were told our arrival time was recorded incorrectly on their end and we would have to wait hours for our ride...we had just travelled for 30+ hours and were exhausted. They gave us an option of using a 'sister company' taxi and give the receipt to our concierge for full reimbursement...once we tried this the hotel informed us that was not true. This company is a scam, just like any other taxi they tell you not to trust at the airport.

Excellent driver, always on time; I fully recommend them. Everything went perfectly when I travelled with my children. Communication is completely effective. They come highly recommended by me

I highly suggest it! They were used for both hotel and airport transportation and were safe, clean, and courteous. When I first arrived in Cancun, there was a problem with the firm I had initially scheduled my transportation with, leaving me stranded. I simply booked a private Cancun Airport Transportation online and was escorted to my vehicle. They are simple to locate as you exit the airport, and the workers are quite friendly.

We used Cancun airport transportation to go arrive to our hotel in Tulum. Although it was a long trip on the road (additional to the flight), we had a good experience. The driver knew the area very well and he drove very carefully stopping anytime we wanted to check on something.
It definitely was a nice way to start meeting Mexico.
I highly recommend this private service.
