Hola, hice un pedido y no me ha llegado. Intento meterme en el enlace para rastrear el pedido, y no existe la página. También he intentado escribir al correo que ponen para contactar con ellos y tampoco existe. Vamos que la empresa ha debido cerrar, pero siguen cobrando y engañando a la gente. Muchas gracias

Me gustó mucho, etiquetas de la marca y packaging también parece que han mejorado.

Hace mas de un mes que hice mi pedido, no sé nada de él, no me responden al email. Es un timo.CUIDADO.

Ja, lange Wartezeit, aber die Pullover sind wie abgebildet und tragen sich sehr schön. Der einzige Nachteil, sie haben stark chemisch gerochen, so dass ich sie erstmal waschen musste, aber alles wunderbar, auch nach der Wäsche

Des semaines d'attente pour un pull. Finalement je le vois par le site du transporteur se balader de plateforme logistique et plateforme logistique, même sur celle d'Alibaba à Liège. Là je comprends qu'il vient de Chine (alors que le site de Candelier laisse entendre le Portugal). Après des jours d'errance, je lis que le colis n'a pu m'être remis (alors que j'étais chez moi). J'écris à Candelier. Aucune réponse. Deux jours plus tard je lis que le colis n'ayant pu m'être remis une seconde fois il est retourné (j'étais encore chez moi en télétravail et n'ai reçu aucune communication du transporteur). Nouveau mail à Candelier. Trois jours plus tard, je reçois un mail de candelier qui m'avise du remboursement (hors frais de port évidemment). Au final : j'ai attendu des semaines et payé des frais de port pour un pull fantôme. Et avec Candelier, aucune communication ! En conclusion, passez votre chemin !

Pésima calidad de las prendas (made in China, con la etiqueta tal cual) que no se corresponden con las fotos. Imposible contactar con ellos, no contestan nunca.

Ich warte seit Wochen auf die Zustellung eines Pullovers. Hätte ich mir vor der Bestellung die Website etwas genauer angesehen hätte mir auffallen können, dass es nirgendwo eine Unternehmensadresse gibt. Madrid und Mexico City hat mor wohl gereicht. Beim Tracking fiel mir dann auf, dass da ständig von Beijing die Rede war. Habe ich also billigen China- Ramsch für teures Geld gekauft? Höchstwahrscheinlich! Werde ich, Zoll und Zustellgebühren etc zahlen müssen? Das ist zu befürchten. Finger weg von Websites, die ohne Adresse daherkommen!

This is a scam from China. They photoshop their ptoducts, you pay, wait for 2-3 months, PAY a custom's fee and get a shock of your lifetime - trash... total trash. The bank is not able to recover the money, and you can not send it back. The Internet, esp. Facebook is filled with such criminality. DO NOT buy on Internet. Buy from a store.

Hace un par de días hice el pedido de dos prendas: un bañador y un vestido. Al finalizar el pedido advierte que me llegará en 15/ 20 días viniendo dentro del mismo país. Hoy me ha llegado el pedido después de 10 días el BAÑADOR made in china al menos le podían haber cosido la etiqueta, el vestido aún mo me ha llegado cosa que no entiendo si los pedí el mismo día. El bañador no coincide con talla de la página.Un desastre, no vuelvo a comprar en Candelier.

it's a scam. I bought a bikini and I didn't receive it. It's been almost a year now...

WATCH OUT. It’s a total fraud! I purchased 4 blouses for 110euros from Greece and 21 days later no news. No replies on my emails, no replies on their Facebook page. Fortunately, I filed a dispute on Paypal and I got a refund of the total amount. I reported their page on Facebook of course. Now it’s been deactivated.

Avoid this shop, it's a total scam! I was sent 2 jumpers I purchased and paid quite a lot for each of them,. only to receive something that was completely different from the photo, horrible quality without any label. But the worst part is the sizing - they can fit a doll!!! they are cut SO SO badly, that the shoulders are down on the elbow, arms are 3/4 and the body is like a crop top. Contacted them for over 2 weeks now to request a return label and refund and not heard back.

I was sent a jumper that was a completely different colour to the one I ordered. There was no info in the package on how to return it. I’ve tried multiple times to contact the company but had no reply. When I commented on Instagram on this bad service, they deleted the comment. This company should not be allowed to trade.

Item shipped from Singapore - not Madrid as name suggests. Avoid!

Very much the same bad experience as everyone else.. Order took about 1 month to arrive and the sweater was an inferior copy of another product .
I tried the website link to return but this wasn't found.. Any email I sent was replied instantly with a generic reply that didn't provide me with return info etc
I finally opened a dispute with PayPal & returned the item to the return address on the parcel which was in Southall (probably their UK agents) which was delivered & signed for
PayPal got an offer of a full refund if I returned it to Madrid but as I don't have the item anymore I'm waiting for PayPal to get back to me
Hopefully PayPal will check Trust Pilot !

Ordered from them on January 3rd when I didn't receive item by February or replies to my emails I opened a case with PayPal & got a refund within two weeks, keep away from this company total scam , items don't ship from Europe they ship from China, they should be closed down for fraud
