We can only imagine how difficult it must have been watching your Pug slow down and worrying about him so much. Every dog responds differently, particularly depending on the severity and cause of their mobility issues, and while many dogs do benefit, we appreciate that sadly it won’t work the same way for all. Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we’re really sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been for you. We completely understand why seeing a lower offer after placing your order would feel upsetting, especially when you acted quickly to try and cancel.

To clarify, your order came through outside of our business hours, which is why your cancellation request crossed over with dispatch. However, we have already arranged for the parcel to be stopped and returned to us, so please don’t worry, we are handling this for you.

While many dogs tolerate them very well, some can have more sensitive stomachs.
