I purchased a Dorema Starcamp awning for my campervan from Cannock Caravan Accessories. Unfortunately, after just the first use, the awning failed due to faulty stitching. The stitching came apart, causing the main body of the awning to separate from the groundsheet, leaving it completely unusable.

After several emails and a lot of back-and-forth, the company eventually agreed to collect the awning and either replace it or issue a refund. However, they later backtracked on this agreement and informed me they would no longer be supporting my claim.

The quality of the product was extremely disappointing, especially considering it failed after a single use due to what was clearly a manufacturing fault. What made the experience even worse was the poor customer service. Communication was slow, inconsistent, and frustrating throughout, and despite initially agreeing to resolve the issue, they withdrew their offer without a satisfactory explanation.

I understand that products can occasionally have faults, but it's how a company deals with those faults that really matters. Sadly, Cannock Caravan Accessories handled this situation very poorly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them due to the poor after-sales support, lack of communication, and failure to honour the resolution they had previously agreed.

I ordered some extra strength canvas pegs, order cost £ 6.99. My order was cancelled by the seller. Price of canvas pegs rose overnight to £ 16.99.

What an aweful way to treat customers, I will not use this company again. BEWARE

Excellent service from Katie who sorted out a misdelivery that was urgently needed for a forthcoming trip. She reordered the product and got it delivered express to our first camp site. Would thoroughly recommend.

Went today to buy an awning girl.behind counter said i need your name. I said i dont give my details out, she looked gone out at me. The woman next to me said we need your name for the warranty. I said no you dont you just give me a receipt. She said well i wont be able to find the paperwork if you return it. I said you file dont you and she said yes but i wont find yours.(maybe you should look then). I said it doesnt matter i have my receipt. She kept saying i wont find it though. I said if i go currys and buy a tv i dont have to give my name i just get a receipt and thats my warranty. So when i come back here i will bring my receipt wont i so you wont need your copy. They did not like it because i was not going to give my name. Attitude terrible, i nearly threw the awning back across the counter and took my money to don amott.
Lets get 1 thing strate cannock caravans. I DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE MY NAME.
I do not give you permision to keep my data which is protected by gdpr data protection law. Under consumer rights law you sell me an item and give me.a warranty and a receipt it doesnt give you the right to take my data.
Now since i got home i actually found out why you were so pursistent in wanting my name which is against the law to do that, its because on your.thick a4 sheet book on tje back theres warranty terms that you have printed on the back so you.can refuse.a warranty, under consumer rights you have to honour your warranty. I will take a.guess that you have got alot of people to fill in this book and not said anything about the terms on the back because you did not tell me to look and read it did you.
Thats fraud.
Im reporting you under consumer rights and to trading standards.
I dont go.a shop and expect hassle to buy something. Most of the staff behind the counter had a face on.

I ordered an item from Cannock Caravan Accessories through Amazon. Yodel claimed they tried to deliver multiple times but failed. This was not true. I contacted Cannock Caravan accessories direct and their team sorted it immediately. They are friendly, efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them. I highly recommend them. Quality products, quality team.

We went in store to have a look around at some stuff we could get as we are campers and we came across these beach bum coats. They had a variety of colours and sizes and the staff were very friendly and helpful as I had tried them all on multiple times as I couldn't make up my mind. We left with 2 of them. Best purchase ever.
I would highly recommend Cannock caravan accessories.

Definitely our go to shop for everything caravan and camping related. Our family have been using this shop for years. The variety is endless, lots of brands meaning you are not restricted. When it comes to repairs, they have thought about everything. All staff are also extremely helpful and can’t do enough for you. 100% recommend!

On line searching for a particular product. This company undercut every other web site, some by a considerable ammount. No brainer. Order to delivery including a weekend, 4 days. Good enough for me. Good, appropriate packaging, clearly addressed.
All in all, can't say anything bad about this lot. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again

Went to Cannock Caravan Accessories to have a look around ended up walking out with a Griddle and kettle although we could have spent alot more. They have a huge variety of items. Although I do not have a caravan it is definitely not just a caravan store, we found loads of accessories for Motorhome, campervans and tents. Staff were very helpful, friendly, approachable and assisted us when we needed help. Definitely a place to visit. Thank you Cannock Caravan Accessories for now being our number 1 store for our Camping supplies

They knew they were sending the wrong item as the one I ordered was not in stock. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. I wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole.

Ordered an ex display awning in January on eBay.awning did not arrive on the day stated and following a phone call was told the awning was still on display.they told me it would be coming down once new stock arrives to replace it which would be another two weeks.two weeks later and another phone call I was informed it was still standing because it needed a special tool to take it down.what special tool do you need to take down an awning??? By now I was getting a little bit peeved at being told a different story every time i called and upon threatening to cancel the order was finally given a delivery date(4th march). The awning did arrive and I am happy with the purchase but the service from this company was absolutely piss poor.it would have made more sense to advertise it once it was dismantled and ready for dispatch.i will definitely NOT be using this company again and wish I had gone elsewhere to make my purchase.

Used a few times via Amazon to order toilet deodorant. Never an issue with order and delivery prompt and without fuss. Good service.

I would have rewarded -10 if it were possible. As per the previous customers review I too have had the same experience from this crew! They also took my order through eBay, provided a tracking number for Yodel. There was NO tracking info only saying they were awaiting my item from the seller! I contacted them 4 times, my name and number was taken 4 times with eventually the promise of “I will call you back to let you know” which didn’t happen. I then got a message from them via eBay saying the package had been registered as missing and would I like a refund as they were SOLD OUT!! The message I received had a heading of the item and £40 when I pointed out I would like a refund but for the amount I paid of £79.94 I had a real sniffy response. They have refunded the correct amount today but as far as customer service is concerned there needs to be more training there as they have NONE! Also I have ordered it from another company it arrives tomorrow !

Accepted my order, took my money, even sent me a tracking number for DHL, then emailed me the next day to inform me that they had sold out!???
I gave a 1 star rating because trust pilot insist otherwise I can't inform people how incompetent this company is.

Emailed to check the had a selection of driveaway awnings on display, replied very quickly to say they had at least 10.
Drove over and was impressed with the display. Easily found an awning that we wanted so spoke to Sean. He checked the stock for the size we wanted but it wasn't in. He quickly called the supplier and arranged for delivery to us within a couple of days.
Very helpful, prices are on par with other places we visited.
Will definitely shop there again.

Quite expensive. Staff not helpful and quite miserable. Spent £250 and couldn't use the loo. A smile goes a long way.
