I had a 5-star experience working with Capital Numbers for staff augmentation. From the start, they took the time to truly understand my needs—whenever I shared a job description, they'd ask clarifying questions and offer recommendations based on their experience, which often helped me refine what I was actually looking for. Within days, they'd send qualified candidates for me to interview, and once I made a selection, onboarding was seamless. The developers themselves were excellent: they followed instructions well but also thought critically about architecture and design decisions like senior engineers would, which took a lot off my plate even as I stayed involved in code reviews. Operationally, CN made everything easy—fair rates, solid time-tracking systems, and straightforward offboarding when projects wrapped up. In about two weeks the first release of the site has been presented, a few minor adjustments were needed and after a total of 4 weeks our website were online. I have an interview for the position of Senior WordPress Developer in Gurgaon. I have a doubt about the interviewer’s knowledge—I'm not sure if they are familiar with WordPress and PHP. It seemed like they were searching questions on Google during the interview. I would like to request the management to ensure that interviews are conducted by qualified professionals who have proper knowledge of the required technologies.
