We are a 5 office firm and have, over the past 20 years, moved from IRIS to CCH to DIGITA and finally to non integrated (but online) packages. The first 3 suffer badly from being local server based whereas the online ones suffered from lack of integration.

Having been with Capium for just over a year now there is no doubt that this integrated online package ticks all (realisitic) boxes. Ease of use, deadline notification, reporting and submissions, customer support etc are better than anything we have had before.

Nothing is perfect but Capium is closer than the other packages we have used over the years.

I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Met with some of the Capium team at a local 'trade exhibition' in Birmingham this week. Very professional and courteous, and they were able to answer all of my questions with regards to the cloud software. Will certainly continue with my subscription for the product and would recommend this to other practices to use.

Good and trustworthy accounting software with full of plug in. Been with them more than 6 years

I am just 3 weeks into the use of Capium software and I must admit of how seamless and easy it makes tasks. From book keeping to reporting, its been an awesome experience so far. It's User friendly interface is second to none. While I've genuinely haven't used a product with its level of help options which enables you to find solution to a goal you are trying to achieve on the platform without the need for seeking customer service help or raising a ticket...

Great experience whit the Capium software and with the Capium team. They have guide me true the software from the beginning to now, and they have been very responsive.

Capium is a strong Customer Management system for our accountancy practice with excellent support services. They work hard to continually improve the offering, recently introducing the risk assessment feature which we already love!

As a Quickbooks and Xero user I was apprehensive to switching to Capium, however after the excellent training and support it has really streamlined my practice.
The Self Assessment module is by far the easiest and superior software I have ever used.
For me the all in one place accountancy package has really assisted my business to streamline our processes.

Poor and glitchy software - non-stop issues with the payroll module and continuous raising of issues to support fails to resolve. Customer for a relatively short period of time but experience has been sub-par to say the least. Hoping for some drastic improvements.

We moved to Capium after our orginal software (server based) provider continued to increase prices, and decrease service. Capium provides us with everything we need to do all our compliance work, plus much more.

The decision to move to Capium saved our business in the 2020 pandemic as the move from office to WFH was totally seemless with being a fully cloud based practice.

I would certinly recommend the product to anyone in accountancy.

Having opted for Capium when we met them at Accountex more than 6 years ago we have not regretted it. The modules integrate very smoothly, the practice manager is excellent for our needs and the software is very easy to use. The Capium team are always open to suggestions for improvements and we find the support service very friendly and accommodating.
Have given them 5 stars but as nobody is perfect there is still room for improvement, something which they are always working on.
Other software promise a lot but Capium deliver.

Have been using Capium almost from inception when we were looking for a cloud based solution to accounts production and tax return preparation and submission. They were the only outfit that had exactly the solution we required. Over the years they have innovated and continually updated and perfected the software to meet the ever growing demands of both legislation and Practice Industry. Still the best in my opinion.

Have been using Capium for a couple of years now. Using for payroll, bookkeeping, VAT returns, self assessment, account production and corporation tax submission. Bookkeeping could do with some improvement especially bank reconcilliations to make it more user friendly. Well integrated with HMRC. Overall is a good software and affordable.

We were looking for a cloud based solution to practice management and found the additional modules for self assessment, payroll, book-keeping, accounts production and corporation tax really easy to use. We are a small practice and have been using Capium trouble-free for many years now. We mainly use self-assessment, accounts production and corporation tax modules. The modules are integrated well and with a bit of practice does everything we need it to do. It's good value for money and the support is good. I would recommend it.

We've been using Capium for a number of years now after moving to them as we were looking for an entirely cloud-based solution for our practice.

The software is straightforward to use and does exactly what we need.

I've been using this software since 2015. It's the perfect accompaniment for a small practise that is looking to automate many functions - invoicing, payments, payroll, deadlines, practise management, AML, Due Diligence, Company Secretarial, Accounts production and all taxes. It's a fully inclusive package that is affordable. The staff are just the best - great, fast, reactive support teams where everything is sorted within hours; sales staff that go above and beyond to make your experience the best it could be. After working with Sage, Quickbooks and Xero and finding these are really frustrating for a smaller practise, I have never looked back once I took the plunge and signed up to Capium. Everything is covered.

We signed up for capium 6 years ago for all modules, and never changed it since. We use capium bookkeeping and accounting for 90% of our client based, and works so well for us with family owned limited companies, subcontractors, and CIS clients. the automation between the modules makes it easier to refresh the accounts and corp tax returns. Payroll provids bulk payroll runs for all our 300+ payroll clients which used to take 4 days to run individually on different softwares. The most important point is prompt response to the issues we raise, they look after us so well. The only downside is, dext automation. Next step should be dext automation, then Capium will have it all for us.
