I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for my solicitor Neda Badri who is a Senior Associate and a FANTASTIC asset at CAPSTICKS Solicitors. Her exceptional skills and dedication have played a crucial role in appeal proceedings against an ex-tenant attempting to claim money from me. From the very beginning, she meticulously ensured that all my bases were covered in protecting my interests. Her professionalism was evident through every stage of the process, providing me with the confidence that I was in capable hands.

Forhousing are using this firm taking me 2 court Forhousing behave like rogue landlords there aim is to not only take your rent but to take everything they can from you even your health I was shocked solicitor told lies 2 judge not calling her a liar she was just passing on lies told to her by housing manager Maria Scott if any more lies come from acting solicitors mouth I will call this out 2 judge and report solictor 2 regulator Maria not only tells fibs but mentally abusers 2 and shows extreme prejudice towards me the whole case and cost should come from her wages moved the wrong person love not the way to go everyone who knows wot u done doesnt understand yr actions elaine 😉

These are the lawyers well known for striking out claims for their clients. A disgusting firm which has no idea regarding justice. 4 years down the line and a few thousand quid to fefend a claim which they have no defence against but they tried to use all the poison in their arsenale to strike out my claim even afgef they offered £500 as a settlement. does that sound like defending the claim in full? I complained to the court after them trying to strike out the claim so I could get a trial and I have been granted it. I spend all my life trying to get justice but the vile system does everything in it's power to deny me. Moat have no scruples with regards to the cost of this action because as guilty as they are for providing a dysfunctional service they hate losing..So do I and I have God on my side. Fiat justitia. I have been prevented from going on holiday for the past 2 months but come end of September I hope it comes to a head and I can go. Capsticks you disgusting and bang wrong

I made a complaint about my GP surgery and Capsticks investigated the complaint. Capsticks did not address my concerns and took the side of the GP who clearly did not give me appropriate care and was negligent. The surgery did not offer me a face to face appointment so I had to suffer with pain for too long but Capsticks thought it was a reasonable amount. If Capsticks had to suffer as long as I did they would not be happy. Therefore they do not care and are unprofessional

I am inclined to agree with the two TRUSTPILOT complainants about CAPSTICKS. It is important to treat this firm with precaution.

Capaticks have twice sent formal warning letters regarding gas servicing (Bron Afon) despite already having performed this maintenance.
Shocking performance, clearly nobody does their due diligence.

Extremely disappointed with Capsticks. They sent me a letter about failing to provide access for an Electrical Inspection, yet they didn’t bother to check the facts. I had already given access weeks ago, but the inspection company failed to show up. Instead of investigating properly, Capsticks sent a letter making baseless suggestions of legal action. This type of approach, without verifying the information, is both unprofessional and shocking. I expect much better from a law firm. Avoid if you want a fair and reasonable resolution!
