Chased several times and they still did nothing. Took 9 weeks to get a refund! Their customer service is shocking

Pet besteld bij hun, Op foto andere pet dan geleverd wat al raar is. Daarna de pet terug gestuurd en met heel veel pijn en moeite na 1,5 maand terug betaling. Nemen uit hun eigen totaal geen contact op. Als je niks laat weten vinden hun het ook prima. Bestel hier niet mensen!!!

Awful service
Ordered a cap a week ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've now changed my mind about it but, having read the reviews, I think I'll have no luck returning it unfortunately. Tried emailing but didn't get a response. If only their customer service was as good as their marketing.

Agree with all the other one star reviews. Advertised as suede, itâs not, itâs âsuedineâ whatever that is. Made in China too and it shows. Cheap and not worth the money. So sick of companies like this.
Suedine is a French word for imitation suede. It mimics the look and feel of real suede. This company needs to be held accountable for false advertising.
So now theyâve blocked me on Instagram because Iâve answered potential buyers questions when they ask if itâs real suede or not⊠this company ignores these questions because they know theyâre using deceptive marketing descriptions. (For styling they told me) They started by deleting my comments, now theyâve blocked me. Iâm so sick of companies not being held accountable for their underhand methods on social media, this one has got under my skin now.

Having returned this item to Capter One for a full refund, the package remained at customs for nearly 4 weeks. I emailed Capter One who responded saying they had no idea why itâs taking so long. I found out today that the Dutch customs had contacted Capter One re shipping/duty query but they didnât respond. I paid over â¬14 to get it back to them so itâs not an error on my part. Who knows where this package is now and what will happen to it. No doubt itâll come straight back to me again and the cycle begins again. I have emailed Capter One with a screenshot of the customs info today, I await their responses. Iâm sure this company is beyond frustrated with me but it nowhere near matches how this whole episode has infuriated me.
Update 29th August - finally after 5 weeks and numerous prompts a refund has been forthcoming minus my return postage of £12 despite the goods not being as described. Consumer rights nâall means as the goods are not as described, they are liable for return postage. Didnât expect them to as they deny any wrongdoing. Such a small amount for them to add to the refund so itâs a shame really. To give them a positive, they never once responded to my emails in an unprofessional manner despite me being really annoyed with them. So thatâs something⊠I guess.
And now Iâve got this blasted cap returned to me from Dutch customs as nobody responded to them. What a fiasco.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering these hats! Saw pics of these hats on social media so immediately had to have a couple!! Placed an order for 2 right away. Couple of days after ordering got an email saying they would be delayed by a few weeks! When they finally arrived 3 weeks late, quality is atrocious. Absolutely flimsy in quality, colours don't match the pics the advertise on social media. In fact I should repeat, the quality of the materials they use is awful, feels like a hat that cost £1 not the £30 I paid for each one! Unless Capterone improves quality of product and delivery, I would advise you all to avoid.

Rubbish Quality and Poor Customer Service
As bad as I feel leaving a poor review for a small independent company, I also want to make clear how disappointed Iâve been with both the quality of the hats and also the level of customer support.
I bought three hats back in December (which arenât cheap either I might add) and when they arrived, the two suede ones were of average quality and shape, and one plain black cap that was such poor quality that I honestly couldnât believe anyone could charge what they did and send a hat that looked as though it was worth 25p.
The material felt cheap, the stitching was untidy and it was misshapen (which wasnât a result of it being posted).
I reached out to customer support as I wanted to return the whole order. They took a while to get back to me (granted it was Christmas) and they kindly offered to replace the black cap but I said I wanted to return the whole order and after some back and forth they sent me the details around how.
I knew it wasnât free returns, but itâs important to note that the cost of the return isnât cheap as theyâre based in the Netherlands.
I posted the caps, four weeks passed and then they turn up back at my house! I followed all the guidance from the company on how to return the hats and despite me trying to reach out for help Iâve received tumbleweeds.
So Iâm now £53 out on the three terrible quality caps and £9.50 has been wasted on trying to return them.
In summary, please avoid any purchases with this company (even if they look great on your social media feeds) or hereâs to hoping the team at Capter One (who Iâm sure are lovely) sort their act out and improve their customer service and the quality of their products.
