Great site gave me all the information I was looking for, Angie was very helpful sorting out few queries.

Used their service three times recently in my search for a recent upmarket BMW. All three of their reports contained information errors such as wrong number of seats e.g. a car with 7 seats was reported by them as only having 5 seats. The third report on a 2 year old car said there was outstanding finance with Close Motor Finance. On checking, this turned out to be completely untrue and would have stopped me buying my perfect vehicle. Also, when printing out the reports, you need a magnifying glass to actually read the minute print which doesn't line up correctly on the document, making it very difficult to understand anything.
Their customer service promised a refund and said they were 'Working On' a printable pdf format for their reports!!!
They have since totally ignored my reminder emails.
Better to use Experian or HPI for reliable information as it is not worth the saving in report costs when you are spending a lot of money on a vehicle, only to get incorrect information on which to make a judgement.

I entered the wrong reg, was charged the £9.99.
I realised my mistake as soon after i hit the return key.

I emailed Car Analytics, to help them of my mistake (as they say contact us if any problems),
they have chosen to ignore me.

Car Analytics, would be good if you do as your competitors do, and ask if this is the correct registration you require info on, before hitting return key and maybe answer when customers contact you🤬🤬
