Good team, delivered good car, very satisfied. Only difficulty was talking to someone, perhaps Easter was a very busy time. Could have responded more on WhatsApp.

Stay clear! Shocking service, the worst I have experienced. Sold a car which went up in smoke within it's first journey. Sent the car back within the 14 days which they have now had for over 5 weeks and I've had little to no responses. Forever being told empty promises. Unfortunately I have no other choice but to take this to a small claims court to try and reclaim my money. I think the fact they have had to write their own review on this site advising that reviews aren't verified says it all. Once this has all gone through, I will write a full review of my experience as I'm sure they will respond, as they done to others, with complete lies.

Was browsing for a car and ended up with car central. There was good communication upto the time I went to view the car. Mainly dealt with Sam, who was brilliant. Would def buy a car from there again, she explained everything and was in touch regularly. Ended up buying a different car to what I went to see. They offer after sales services included so that's great. Thanks Sam and the team. So far so good.

great communication , car description a little shady , car is beautifully described interior , underside looks like it's been covered with Black Jack sealer , everywhere , over the rust and dirt , it's going into my garage to make sure all the advisories have been done correctly as they have said . i'll report beck.

Stay away from this company. Absolutely disgrace of customer service, dealing with one of their workers named harry was a vile experience, very passive aggressive over trying to SPEND MONEY on one of their cars. They offer delivery but seems like they dont actually want to deliver and then couple days after trying to arrange delivery via whatsapp got no where, then decided to call on wednesday and they told me its been booked for the thursday without any comfirmation by myself but then go on to says its now not for sale because they found a problem with the car, even tho they said its ready to go wednesday and could they deliver then but fortunatley i was working, so either they was going to drop me off a broken car or they have lied, joke of a company.

We had a really great experience buying our Jaguar E-Pace from Harry at Car Central. From the start he was incredibly helpful, patient and accommodating. Our situation was a bit complicated because we were in the middle of unwinding finance on our previous car, which involved brokers and lenders, but Harry was fantastic throughout the whole process.

He stayed in touch with us, answered all of our questions and was very understanding while everything was being sorted out. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Instead he took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and that we were comfortable with each step.

The car itself is exactly as described and we are absolutely delighted with it. Harry made what could have been a stressful situation much easier and we really appreciated his patience and professionalism.

I would not hesitate to recommend Harry and Car Central to anyone looking for a car. Thank you again for all your help.

The Kia spirtage I purchased from Car central in Birmingham broke down 20 miles after Purchasing on 31st December 2025. It’s in the garage and I have not heard anything from car central or the warranty team will not contact them directly. So I’m still paying tax and insurance and not had the car for 3 months now!

I recently bought my first car from this dealer and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and honest throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and made the buying process smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with my car and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Do not buy anything from this place!! The cars are clapped out rejects and he over exaggerated half the stuff he calls cars… KEEP AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY..

Absolutely frustrating company to deal with no communication in regards to updates on cars constantly get told someone will get back to you they don’t and when you ring Harry he just puts the phone down, DO NOT BUY A CAR from this garage save yourself the headache

Harry and team are amazing to deal with. Nothing is to much and always completed with a smile. They handled collecting my vehicle promptly and without any issues.

What an easy way to buy a car, Harry was so helpful from the first call on a Thursday to picking the car up Saturday, through videos of the car before, through its pdi and at the finish. He was an honest straightforward guy, thanks Harry that was a pleasure

Collected an Audi Q3 on Monday 16th car perfect everything fine drove it back home myself and son very happy. On the Tuesday noticed car tail light flickering and went out completely this was noticed outside office hours. Phoned the mobile number for car central Birmingham Harry answered straight away to my surprise. Harry sorted it no problem and got a driver out next day to collect the car. Car was collected as promised early hours of the morning , Harry kept me informed all day for updates on the car. Problem solved and myself updated promptly and with detail with videos of my car. Harry then said on that day he would bring it home in the evening , however due to the time I said as it would be a 4 hour round trip I advised to come the following day. They did just that and came early hours the next morning and updated me via phone for estimated eta. When the person arrived he asked me to check the vehicle to ensure I was happy. Car Central Birmingham with extra mention to Harry and Sam have exceeded my expectations and I am very impressed by the customer service.

Just bought a Ford Kuga and had it delivered 160+miles. Was in contact with Harry throughout the transaction friendly and helpful. All work that was found on MOT and service was dealt with and invoices sent as proof via whatsapp. Car has arrived as described with loads of paperwork and RAC warranty. Deliver driver has happy and smiling when he arrived.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I inquired about a car on Auto Trader, and called, Harry replied and answered all my questions. straight away I make a appointment to see the car in more detail. After the checking and test drive I was confident that the car was for me. Car Hub Birmingham advised me how they work in regards to MOTs and free RAC break down service. we agreed, I payed deposit to put it through the MOT and do any work needed rather than my viewing the car. I went back on the agreed day I was greeted by a lovely, smiling lady at the reception who pointed the car keys out to me. Wow,, they change the cam belt and the water pump for free,I felt so happy. I took it for a drive after checking its immaculate body, and the drive confirmed it even more. Harry and his colleague were lovely, very polite, and honest, with no pressure. I genuinely think this man is great at his job and truly cares about making his customers happy. Would definitely purchase from them again. Thanks guys, all the best to Car Hub Birmingham.

Made contact with car central and only received first class treatment. Car sold within a week for the price I wanted. Communication was constant and I look forward to them helping buy a new car in the future thank you
