I've had my polestar 3 for one year now. And although the car has had problems, that is polestars fault not carparisons. I've had an incredibly good offer from them, and for those moaning they missed out seems unfair to post a one star review. They clearly change their prices quickly as their buying price change, so one day the offer may be there and the next is not. Speed up the process and ring them! If you miss out then tough luck, it's like buying shares and complaining the price went up before you could get it. Either wait for another good deal to come round or go elsewhere, but posting one star reviews is daft. I can prove I have a polestar 3 dual motor pilot for £450 a month, the deal was outstanding, so I say to those saying it is a scam that it is not. I may look at extending the lease as I only took two years on the lease, but that depends on the deal I can get! Also I like the excitement of having a new car every two years, so I need to think about it. But the company advertised prices do exist, and they change too as their price does, and I guess stock is limited when a deal is really good. Ignore the daft one star reviews, those are unfair, some even had their finance deal rejected, which is nothing to do with carparison. I left this review as I'm a happy customer, but feel it's unfair their overall score is knocked down. The rental process, delivery, etc. Is all very well communicated.

Having sold cars for many years then moving onto a new career I needed a new car . I have to say Anthony Cutler initially and Roison in after sales were both absolutely fantastic. Made it very easy and straightforward. I have No hesitation in recommending this company A1 in every way . Thanks both 👍🏻

Carparison had a very good deal on the car I wanted. I noticed some disappointing scores on Trustpilot but I went ahead - and I'm so glad I did!
From the excellent Kira onwards they couldn't have been more helpful. Efficient, prompt, well-informed and friendly - I was delighted at how quickly everything went through. The car was delivered just over two weeks from my initial contact.

My first time leasing and I can see that circumstances may have sometimes overtaken a deal, causing a customer to lower the review score. Not sure it is always fair to blame Carparison, though. From my personal perspective and experience, these are great paople to do business with, well-deserving a five star review.

Initially started off great with Kira.

She sent over a quote. That was great. She then had to send an upgraded quote as that car had gone and asked me to submit the finance request immediately as otherwise the cars would go. She advised me it might be a little bit slow over Christmas, which was fine. I then put the quote through. Chased Kira thereafter , no response.

Called the helpline on or around 29Dec and was advised they’re still waiting for the finance approval.

Received an email from Kira eventually today on 7 January that to say that the car has unfortunately gone so my application is being closed.

Was looking to get the polestar on a 36 month lease, one month initial payment and it was coming in at 484. Just looked at the website and they now have cars ready for four week delivery but the price is now 586.

So basically, it’s not that they’ve run out of cars. They’ve had the opportunity to raise the price and have a cancelled my application.

Please read all the reviews beforehand. This is probably one of the worst levels of customer service I’ve received and if you want to waste your time, then submit your application. If they can raise the price in the meantime, they’ll cancel your application.

Correspondence with Emma has been great however their lender has declined my application despite me having a good credit score. I have NEVER been declined a credit application previously, so this seems very odd. It's my first time trying to lease a car and has made me really anxious about the whole process.

I was a bit hesitant going with this unknown company, but what a surprise. Excellent service from the get go, kept me updated with progress and very quick to deal with any minor issues. A wonderful team behind the scenes who genuinely deliver customer care. I would highly recommend Carparisonleeasing.

I am with Lex Autolease on a Tesla Y at the moment and was looking to change. I considered a few cars and narrowed down to Polestar 4 DM, which has some great deals at the moment. Carparison had the best price by far and I was 'nearly' put off by other reviews stating a scam. It's not at all. I dealt with Martyna who was calm, professional and supportive. I got the headline price offered and no funny business. The car arrives next Wednesday. My experience was good and I can recommend to anyone else wondering, as i did.

Definitely not a scam as others have said. I came across it by chance while looking for leases on a very specific car I was interested. I got a really good deal, including the service package. They responded promptly all my questions, the finance went through with no problems. Everything was done so quickly, as the car was in stock I received it 2.5 weeks later. Honestly, in my case they could not have provided better service, they were absolutely great!!!

I was able to get the vehicle that I wanted at a very competitive price. Sam, in the personal leasing department, was a great help and went out of way to assist me. Lauren really helped in satisfactory sorting out some issues with the delivery company. Would definitely recommend Carparison.

Massive scam.
They advertise low prices and then say the finance application was declined without reason and guess what the price jumps up.

Have had other business lease contract hires but first time it’s been an issue, but as usual if it’s too good to be true….

Replied to my initial enquiry but proceeded to ignore all follow up emails. They did however, email me twice to say they were closing my query due to lack of reply on my side... Have taken my business elsewhere.

First time opting for a leased vehicle and the experience was great. I was kept well informed throughout the process and there was always someone to speak to if I had any questions. I would certainly use again.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Courtney Woodland, Emma Goodwin & Roisin Manning at Carparison Leasing, and I can’t praise them highly enough. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish — always friendly, understanding, and incredibly welcoming.

Response times were excellent, with every query answered quickly and clearly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Courtney and Emma went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and professionally.

Took a lease out on a Mercedes at the end of August 2022 and have until 29th August this year before returning the car, however I have now suddenly found out car was registered on 29th June 2022 and I’m now responsible for MOT and have no warranty until the end of return date. At no time was I told I was leasing a car that would need an MOT and in years of leasing has this happened before! So be warned find out when the car your leasing has been registered.

First time leasing a car in 15+ years of ownership. Very impressed with Carparison and highly recommend them! The whole experience was smooth, clear and quick from choosing the car to delivery

Seems like a scam. Offered a car at a seemingly low price, when you click 'Get the Deal' the price is massively more expensive than the advertised price even when setting the pricing to 12 months upfront and 5000 miles i.e. the cheapest terms. Online adviser is AI bots which are useless

I recently used Carparison for a lease vehicle. It arrived when they said. Worked fine for about 60 miles and the dashboard basically lit up telling me to stop driving.
The short story. It happened on a Friday night. Called Carparison on the Saturday morning and Simon dealt with me. Kept me informed and sorted me out with a temporary hire for a few days while a replacement car was arranged (by some one else). The car that they supplied was rejected although not their fault. More of a manufacture issue. The car was dropped off at MG and they’re dealing with the rest.
If I were in need of another car and the price was right, I’d use them again. Although not an MG4. MG customer service is atrocious. That’s in another review.

Very frustrating experience, delays in providing simple information such as the actual interior colour of the car, led to us missing out on the car we wanted.

Customer service provided by Chris and Anthony was exceptional. They both went out of their way to help and advise. The ordering process and communication was seamless. I have used several leasing companies over the years, carparison are most definitely the best. Thank you!

Everyone that I spoke to at Carparison couldn't have been more helpful. Any questions I asked were never too much trouble, and I was always responded to in a timely manor. Cannot fault their customer service, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to lease a car.
