Absolute shambles!!!!
Their way of dealing with an issue is to stick their heads in the sand and snub customers!!!
Rhenus home delivery are F***ing useless!!!!!!
Manufacturers can't be bothered to issue a credit for the inconvenience I've been trying to sort out.
If the first bed you sent was badly upholstered why would I trust a second delivery?!
The store has blocked email response and Manufacturers won't pick up.

Called in the Hanley store just to have a look as we had been given quotes elsewhere and were overjoyed to leave with an amazing deal that beat the others hands down! Victoria was really down to earth and put us at ease immediately. Nothing was too much trouble and she was happy to spend as much time as was needed to ensure we got what we wanted for our budget. Also Clive who came and did the measuring was extremely helpful and provided us with the best options for what we wanted to spend. Outstanding service and would highly recommend to anyone.

spoke to the manager, Terry and then the sales assistant Vicky, both of which were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Vicky then sorted us out with a suitable carpet for our needs. The order was processed quickly and an arrangement made for the fitter the call me to clarify fitting times. Quick and efficient would recommend this store and staff to anyone. 5 stars

I was very pleased in shopping for my bed, David was very polite and friendly, explained everything clearly, asked if I understood everything and gave me plenty of time to really make sure of my choice, have already recommended the store to a friend, definite 5 star!

We were given time to look at the mattresses before given advice which is nice so as not to feel pressurised. The staff were very helpful and polite

We had damaged our carpet and claimed of out contents insurance. We were directed to Carpet right who helped us from start to finish. They came yo our house to measure up and told us about an offer that would hivecus an extra £250 pounds to spend. They worked out our deal and sent us a detailed plan of what we would be getting to replace our old carpet. Great job.
