I had a mixed experience at Carpetright Limited in Ipswich. While some staff, like Terry, were very helpful and knowledgeable during my visit, there were issues with services and communication that left room for improvement. I recommend checking terms closely before purchasing. Overall, an average experience that might work better for straightforward needs.

The nice young lady who dealt with my enquiry was extremely helpful, she had a good knowledge of the goods and of the stock availability. She went out of her way to fulfill my requirements. She was kind and courteous with me and all my questions! I would certainly shop here again and fully recommend the good service.

Crap service. When you confront them, they use the terms and conditions card. I will highly recommend you double check what you are buying from them. They will fob you off after by saying read the terms and condition. Don’t take the word of mouth as then becomes your word against theirs. Fitters can charge more for grippers and not invoice you. Then store will tell you that’s your problem. Not theirs and that it’s 3rd party and your problem for paying. What a wonder customer service they have. Rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even both. Give your money to a business who are worth the money.

We were given time to look round to find what we wanted. Then when we were ready we received excellent friendly service.

Arley (Ipswich store Ransomes Retail Park) was very knowledgeable regarding the fake grass we purchased as we had no idea what was meant by "how we wanted the pile to run" but he explained this perfectly. We were also kept informed as to the availability of the grass and were notified very promptly of its arrival in store at Wisbech and delivery timescale.

The in store appointment was smooth and easy. The staff who came to measure the floor was amazing. And then we got a good date for fitters and also a good deal on the product.

Very helpful and friendly service

Terry at the Ipswich shop was able to give us good advice on our selection of carpets including the right underlay. He also did not deliberately try and sell a higher price carpet than the ones we selected. I mention this because the carpet we had purchased 18 months ago had been discontinued and we were looking for a close alternative type.
