Customer follow up calls were non existent from branch - helpful if visited branch
Not sure would return again only went back because really liked the curtain material otherwise wouldn’t have bothered.

Went into the store on Wednesday afternoon to order a carpet the salesman was very helpful talking us though all pricing and options The carpet was fitted on Friday afternoon I couldn’t believe how quick and easy the whole process was Thankyou

New bed
We were allowed to look at the beds without any sales pressure the first young man who came to help us when we asked I think was fairly new and when he wasn’t sure did not hesitate to ask for support from a senior colleague called Harley. Harley made sure we got everything we asked for /needed making it a pleasurable experience he also ensured we got the best deal available whilst also supporting a junior colleague

Good service, not at all pushy, indicated the different types and range of carpet/underlay that would be suitable and left the rest for us to decide. We went ahead with a purchase.
Helped also with the different types and composition of beds

On Monday 15th April my wife and I were…
On Monday 15th April my wife and I were looking for a door mat. entering the Nene Valley store we were greeted by Harley and his colleague and asked them if they sold them to which we were told no but would we go with them . They produced a batch of discontinued samples and let us choose the colour telling no charge please have it. SERVICE WITH A SMILE THANKS.

Friendly, helpful Staff
Friendly, polite and helpful staff regarding the flooring that I chose . Gave me advice on type of underlay and explained the benefit of choosing that type of underlay.
When my son picked up my order he said the warehouseman was friendly and helpful too.
