I had a fitting arranged from the Reading store for yesterday and was told they would call me before 11am to arrange a time. I heard nothing. Tried to call the store 3 times and left messages,. I also sent an email and got no call back or response.
Not impressed at all.

Mark was clear and helpful as well as flexible. He understood our need as well as budget and advised the best products for the job. Tony came and measured up thoroughly for the stairs, not like previous company , he was very polite and the results saved us 2m sq due to his accuracy....good job guys.

Friendly and professional assistance

Sales advisor Manaaseh was clear when discussing the product and was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the discussion.

Ayden again helped me, this time to find the right mattress, plus a new carpet for our hallway. His knowledge is broad and his lateral thinking is refreshing. It is so good to have such an enthusiastic and capable person giving advice on such important items that will be in our home for many years. Thank you!

I was served by Naz in the Reading office. It took a few visits to make up my mind but he was always patient, friendly and professional.

On the day of fitting they charged us double the cost that was stated on the quote! We had to find £700 more on the day !!

DO NOT TRUST THEIR QUOTE!! They give a low figure in order to lure customers in .

No sincere apology or any form of compensation, not even a store credit or voucher offered . Uncaring about their customers!

Nas was brilliant in quickly resolving a miscommunication about my carpet-fitting date. Moving house is stressful at the best of times, but Nas took all the stress away by taking ownership of the issue and fixing it almost immediately. Fantastic service!

Visited our local store to look at vinyl options. Spoke with Naz at the store and he arranged for one of the fitters, Sam, to come to our property later the same day to discuss our concerns for the flooring base. Sam also measured the area we required the new flooring.
Went back to the store the following day to place our order with Naz. Very simple and quick process to place order and book fitting. Great customer service by both Naz and Sam - thank you!
