I would have given 5stars but the lady who came to serve me was totally unaware of the deals they were offering in the store and just walked away when I asked . No deals today was her answer!!!
I walked around for a few minutes then a young man asked if he could help? He was able to offer a 25% discount available in the store that day . 5 stares for him ⭐️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟

It wasn't a 'great' experience or even an 'experience'. I was seen promptly by a lady who acted very professionally and completed the transaction very efficiently - that's it!

Friendly sales lady. Gave me very good advice and she is very knowlagable.

The staff were very helpful in store. Jaskaran, the carpet fitter let me know what time he was turning up so I did not have to waste any of my time. He made sure the carpet was fitted to a professional manner. There were a few problems but he dealt with them without causing me to worry that I may have to rearrange another time for the carpet to be fitted.

Very helpful staff, took me ages to decide. Keiron so patient and helpful.

We were allowed to browse at our leisure and when we wanted help she was there with a quick and efficient service

Kieran was very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly when I went to start asking for a quote up until we closed the deal. He also made suggestions and recommendations appropriately and not just to sell their products… an asset to the company

We received excellent service from the Staines Upon Thames branch. We were given good advice at the store about choosing our carpets and we did not have to wait long for them to be fitted. I would especially like to mention the fitter Mr Jaskaran Singh Gill who did a fantastic job and was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Carpetright.

I thought Peter was excellent in measuring up the carpet etc and was very helpful in considering options

Very helpful but not pushy, let me wander and gave advice when needed, didn’t rush me.

It was brilliant, the carpet layers did a fantastic job and our new carpet looks so, so good. We will recommend Carpetright to anyone who will listen.

We ordered and paid for some flooring about a month ago online . We were told they would be in touch with us in two weeks , well that was two weeks ago . Not heard anything .
Been trying to contact the local pickup store as advised at time of placing the order , but really not helpful . I’ve called 4 times now , every time I’m told their computers are down so they cannot help and they will call me back . I’ve not heard a thing . Very very disappointed with the customer service
