Worst of the worst companies ever encountered. Sukhy has no people skills, she calls her customers "crazy", she refuses to return calls, acknowledge faults, and fix issues. She uses family to do their installations who have no experience and do lousy jobs. STAY AWAY FROM CARPET PLUS, please, if you have to spend a little more money but get the job done right. This company doesn't deserve any stars, no people skills, no work knowledge, and absolutely regard for customers hard earned money.

I have been very impressed with everyone at Carpets plus, very helpful, honest and reliable. The carpet we had fitted, the fitter worked quickly and carefully, looks brilliant. I work in the housing industry so see many carpets fitted and know quality work. Will certainly use this company again for other projects.

Once again an absolutely fantastic service from Carpet Plus Norwich. Gary and Lee marvellous people, helpful in everything from samples to end results. Had My own Carpet fitted in February fabulous job done and just had brothers lounge done fitted by Lee outstanding service given. Would recommend to everyone nothing too much trouble.
