I spent €400 last December to buy Carplay System as a Christmas present for my daughter, including installation.

Almost six months later, she is still awaiting the installation.

According to the company "we offer an install service covering all of Ireland". She got in touch in January and was told that it would be done when he was in the area.

We are still waiting.

I bought a product in good faith, including installation.

The product is useless if not installed.

I bought this for my partners golf as a Christmas present. Got in contact via email to ask if they had someone to install this for us was, told they could install it next time they were in the area. This was back in January… I’ve since sent multiple emails and not gotten any response I even tried calling and have been sent to voicemail each time. Still waiting for a response to any of these by the way. Beyond disappointed, even more because I was going to pay an extra €70 for it to be installed.

Had Shane install a new screen with android auto on the 20/12/2025 for my 2014 bmw 520d f11.
Absolute gent to deal with.
Had the job done in around 20 minutes.
Highly recommend.

I have CarPlay installed in my Audi A4 from carplaysystems.ie and it works great, no issues. Customer service was good also. I strongly recommend them.

Broke after a month

Bought the system as a self install and able to get all the support over the phone to help me with the installation couldn’t recommend enough

Recently got a CarPlay system fitted from Shane. A top class lad and couldn’t recommend anyone to do the job better! Very professional & quick to install, Only wish I had of got it sooner. 10/10

Another excellent install provided by Shane. I got an Apple car play system installed in my old car last August 23.
Changed my car lat month and booked in with Shane, he came down yesterday and installed into my new car. Quick and professional service once again.

Highly recommend and will be using again on my next car 👌

I was out of the country and asked shane would he fit the Apple play System in my 520d 2015 it was the g30 screen style I had family at home and I was also in the phone to him it’s in since may 6 months still no issue when the CarPlay system got fitted I just had to go to the settings in it to reajust and working fine since no faults very punctual and polite and very fast work thanks again cheers

I contacted Shane this week to get a CarPlay installed and for a reply within minutes. He came to where I work and it took him 10 minutes to get it set up. He didn’t leave until he made sure I was 100% happy with the CarPlay. I’m extremely happy with the system and Shane’s service, he's a gent!

Shane had my car play setup in a matter of minutes. He was very informative as he was carrying out the installation.

Definitely would not recommend!!! Radio stopped working properly 3 weeks after getting it installed by Shane and anytime I asked him what was wrong he blamed everything but the radio. I got everything checked including the electrics in my car and my phone as that's what I was told was the problem by Shane but they're A1 so he was just fobbing me off and recently stopped replying to my texts. I've seen since I'm not the only person who has had a faulty radio put in. Definitely not worth the money!!!

A must have for all cars
Shane’s standards are unbelievable and the quality of the systems are second to none had a few problems in the past with other units with other suppliers which have been completely fixed now since i have got carplaysystems to install their unit highly highly recommended
