Received bad lamb meat around 100 sar on 12june , with expiration date 15 June . I tried to cook it 13 June I opened the package and it smelled like rotten meat!I filled a complained with Carefour and it was rejected cause they told me I should complained within 24 hours
This totally unethical and dangerous for the health of Saudi people and visitors to consume rotten meat!

I am a regular Carrefour customer, and unfortunately this is the third time I have received melons of very poor quality. Despite being expensive and labeled as “sweet melon,” the fruit is hard, completely tasteless, and very difficult to eat. This time it is so bad that I am forced to throw it away. Such items should not be kept for sale. I request an immediate replacement with fresh, good-quality fruit or a proper resolution. I hope Carrefour will take this matter seriously and maintain its quality standards.

On time and respectful driver. Everything was well packed.

On one hand, their delivery system is pretty efficient, which is great when you need something quickly. However, I found that for certain items, it’s definitely better to browse in-store.

Very bad service. Did a carafour oder. Missing 15 items! Been 2 days.. going back and fourth with customer service told me it will get resolved but nothing. Worst customer service experience ever! Very lazy! Told them my husband is sick and I have kids but they couldn't care less. Have not received a refund or a resolution! Very disappointed and apauled!

Worst service and no where they cannot equalise Amazon and other online suppliers.
Order was placed and from next day it was shown as packed and ready for delivery, but even after 8 days of delivery date still shows as same.

Worst WhatsApp customer care to say it will corrected in next 24 hrs., And great was customer care thru phone never cared and just responded like soon it will solved but no time duration. Strictly she said yes it is carrefour policy.

عدم اختيار موظفين بكفائة واسلوب حسن فى بعض الفروع بعكس فروع اخرى وهذا بسبب واقعة حدثت معى شخصيا ورايتها قبل هذا بفترة مع عميلة بدخل الفرع الموظفين تتكلم باْسلوب غير لائق معنا ولعب ومرح الموظفين اثناء العمل وتم كسر كوب من الزجاج بسبب هذا اللهو فى وقت ما امامي مما كان سوف يسبب لي اصابة والفاظ لا تليق باْسم المكان رغم ان اسم كارفور اسم يحترم لكن لا يوجد اهتمام بهذى السلوك اللي يضر بي اسم كارفور وايضا عدم توفر سلع اساسية فى بعض الفروع رغم توفرها بكثرة فى فروع اخرى مثل السكر وشاي العروسة وانواع كثيرة من زيوت الطعام والسمن وهذا من شهر اكتوبر 2023 لحد وقتنا هذا

Very bad experience. We place an order online. 3 items are missing and no notice or apology. No channel via the site to raise a complain. I contacted them privately on twitter and no response.

What a service they do then.
