We purchased a Mercedes CLS through this dealer and unfortunately the after-sales experience has been extremely disappointing.Shortly after purchase, we reported a suspension noise issue and were repeatedly delayed from January onwards due to the dealership allegedly not having available mechanics. On one occasion, the ârepairâ consisted of spraying WD-40, which obviously did not resolve the problem and the noise continued.We were also directed by the dealer to take the vehicle to another garage to investigate NOx sensor faults during the warranty period. The fault was confirmed by the dealerâs own recommended garage, and we were later invited in writing to bring the car back for further investigation.However, after months of communication, the dealer later changed their position completely and refused to inspect or deal with the NOx sensor issue, claiming the previous email had been sent âin error.â This was despite us following their instructions throughout the process.Another major concern was the complete lack of transparency regarding the warranty. Despite repeated requests, we were never provided with the warranty terms and conditions. Instead, we were only given vague verbal explanations about what they believed was or was not covered.The whole experience has involved constant delays, conflicting information, poor communication and very little accountability once the sale was completed. Extremely disappointing customer service and aftercare, hence we hire a solicitor and reported them to the appropriate bodies.
