Meglio di così non si può!

Ho conosciuto Casa39 sul web (grande assortimento di prodotti di qualità a prezzi ottimi) e poi ho visitato lo show-room di Taviano, dove sono stata aiutata da Samuel. Ne ho apprezzato subito la professionalità e la cordialità che - unite all’eccellente organizzazione dell’azienda - mi hanno consentito di perfezionare le mie scelte nel tempo e a distanza (si trattava di una ristrutturazione completa!).
Il servizio di rendering Ú stato veramente prezioso.
La comunicazione post vendita Ú stata sempre tempestiva (risposte in giornata).
Eccellente anche il servizio di deposito e consegna.
Non solo. A causa della distanza dal cantiere e di altri fattori contingenti, abbiamo avuto un problema e, in quel frangente, abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare fino in fondo la professionalità e la cura del cliente che contraddistingue questa azienda. Infatti, ci siamo sentiti accolti e ascoltati non solo da Samuel, ma anche dal proprietario di Casa 39 e da un manager della ditta produttrice del pavimento da noi acquistato. Problema risolto con il piano A, ma ci era stata offerta anche una seconda e una terza soluzione: “l’importante” - ci Ú stato detto (e dimostrato) - “Ú che il cliente sia contento”.
Meglio di così non si può.
Anche in futuro mi rivolgerò a Casa 39 e a Samuel per i miei acquisti.

Positive experience with casa39

I had a really positive experience with CASA39.com from start to finish. The website is well organized, easy to navigate and has a carefully selected range of high-quality products for interiors and building projects. Finding the information I needed was simple, and it was easy to compare various options and select the right product without any hassle. What truly impressed me, however, was the exceptional support provided throughout the purchasing process. I contacted customer service before ordering because I had a few questions, and the team replied quickly, were very knowledgable, and genuinely helpful. They gave me clear information about the product and helped me feel more confident in my choice. They also took the time to answer everything in a very clear and friendly way. Throughout the whole process, communication was prompt and proffesional, and I always felt updated and well looked after.
The order experience itself was smooth and reassuring. From the initial inquiry to the final confirmation, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. It really felt like dealing with a company that values its customers and takes service seriously.

Still no resolution, completely ignored

Even after months of communication, I have still not been properly compensated for the damaged tiles. The issue remains unresolved, and now the company has completely stopped responding.
At this point, I feel fully ignored as a customer. The lack of responsibility and after-sales support is unacceptable, especially considering the impact on my project.
Very disappointing experience.

we are sorry to read your renewed feedback. However, we must clarify that your statement of being “ignored” does not reflect the communication history, as our team has consistently responded and provided both explanations and a concrete proposal.

As explained multiple times, the standard procedure for handling transport damage claims requires specific photographic documentation in order to open the claim with the insurance provider. Unfortunately, the materials received did not meet these requirements, making it impossible to proceed with compensation through the insured process.

Despite this, and in order to support you and avoid further delays to your project, we proactively offered an alternative solution with replacement materials under particularly favorable conditions. This proposal remains valid; however, we did not receive any response from your side following this offer.

We remain available should you wish to proceed with the proposed solution or provide the required documentation to formally reopen the claim. We would also like to note that repeatedly posting similar reviews may be in breach of Trustpilot’s community guidelines and does not contribute to resolving the matter.

carrelage de la mauvaise couleur

J'ai commandé du carrelage pour une extension de terrasse. La couleur du carrelage livré est trÚs différente de la premiÚre commande (autre couleur P20 vs P10, comme indiqué sur les boites). Pour Casa39 cette différence de couleur n'est pas leur responsabilité et ils ne veulent pas supporter les frais de retour (500€, ce qui est approx le prix du carrelage). TrÚs déçu de Casa39, à éviter.

Suite à votre retour, je me sens obligé de continuer à réagir. Je lis que 'à titre tout à fait exceptionnel, nous avons proposé la fourniture de matériel de remplacement'. Je n'ai aucune idée de quoi vous parlez. Vous ne m'avez strictement rien proposé, à part que je puisse me rétracter de l'achat (qui est une obligation légale). Mais de nouveau, en cas de rétractation, c'est à moi de chercher une entreprise pour le retour (pas si facile, comme il s'agit d'une palette de 700 kg) et c'est à moi de supporter ces frais (qui sont approximativement au même prix que le carrelage). Je n'ai aucune geste commerciale de votre part, et encore moins de l'aide pour organiser le retour. Je reste trÚs déçu.

L'entreprise vient de mettre à jour sa réponse en enlevant la phrase ci-dessus qui n'avait pas de sens. Ceci résume bien la situation, beaucoup de réponses standards sans apport de solutions personnelles. Si vous avez des problÚmes avec votre commande, ça sera entiÚrement pour votre pomme. J'attends toujours une geste de l'entreprise, mais j'ai peu d'espoir. Entreprise à éviter.

nous sommes désolés de lire votre avis et comprenons votre déception. Nous souhaitons toutefois apporter quelques précisions importantes concernant votre commande.

Dans le secteur du carrelage, les variations de ton entre différents lots de production sont une caractéristique normale du processus de fabrication. Même lorsque la référence et la couleur commerciale restent identiques, chaque cycle de production peut présenter des nuances légÚrement différentes. C’est précisément pour cette raison que les tons (P10, P20, etc.) sont indiqués sur les emballages.

Ces variations permettent également de répondre, lorsque cela est possible, à des demandes spécifiques de tons en fonction des disponibilités liées aux périodes de production. En l’absence d’indication particuliÚre au moment de la commande, nous procédons naturellement à l’expédition du matériel disponible en stock.

Dans votre cas, la nouvelle commande a été effectuée environ trois ans aprÚs le premier achat ; il est donc tout à fait probable que le ton soit différent. Par ailleurs, nous n’avions pas été informés qu’il s’agissait d’un complément de commande. Si cette information nous avait été communiquée en amont, nous aurions pu vérifier la disponibilité d’un ton plus proche ou vous informer à l’avance d’une éventuelle différence.

DÚs réception de votre signalement, et à titre tout à fait exceptionnel, nous avons proposé la fourniture de matériel de remplacement à prix coûtant, afin de vous apporter une solution concrÚte et rapide.

Consigliatissimo: qualità, persone e prezzi top

Ho acquistato su Casa39 i rivestimenti per i miei due bagni e l’esperienza Ú stata molto positiva. Il catalogo Ú molto ampio e le schede prodotto sono dettagliate, quindi scegliere online Ú semplice e completare l’ordine altrettanto. Prezzi super competitivi.

In più, avendo il vantaggio di abitare non molto distante dalla loro sede, ho apprezzato la possibilità di vedere i materiali in showroom.

Un grazie a Samuel che mi ha ricevuto in showroom e seguito il mio ordine e a Giuseppe e al suo collaboratore che hanno effettuato la consegna: super disponibili, gentili e professionali. Consigliato!

The employees at CASA39 seem very competent, knowledgeable, and polite. They responded to my messages regarding changes to my order, despite the Christmas and New Year holidays. Ultimately, I received exactly what I expected quite quickly. The tiles arrived well-packaged and, despite the long journey, without any damage.
My compliments to the CASA39 employees – Marco Lupo and Stefano Dragone, and my special respect to Cristina Fumarola, who took my order and repeatedly explained the features and descriptions of the different tile types. Thank You for Your clear and professional service!
