nous n’avons jamais reçu la commande qui devait arriver pour noël... pour l’ipad de ma fille.
nous sommes fin février .. pas de communication . pas de remboursement .. .. fuyez ce sont des voleurs ..!!

Ich hatte bereits eine Hülle bestellt, die war super. Dieses Mal bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Die Farben sind streifig und die Bilder mehr als verpixelt, sodass diese regelrecht unkenntlich sind. Den Schriftzug kann man nicht mal richtig entziffern. Klar ist der Preis billig, aber so sieht es jetzt auch leider aus. Traurig

this is my second caseable. I like them bc they are very durablethe and the variety of the designs cant be beat!

Im Zusammenhang mit der Insolvenz von "Caseable GmbH" hat es eine Betriebsübernahme gegeben. Das Unternehmen firmiert ab 01.01.2024 "Caseable International GmbH". Handelsregistereintrag erfolgt. Angenehmer Kontakt zum Insolvenzverwalter und dem CEO des übernehmenden Unternehmens. Letzterer hat sich für das entstandene Desaster entschuldigt und veranlasst, daß der Kaufpreis erstattet wird. Alles wieder gut.

I order a case last week, and the tracking stopped 5 days ago in Germany. No further tracking. I have tried to contact caseable via email, and via messenger and have been ignored completely. I've tried contacting dhl and you can't speak to anyone on the phone so I've emailed them with no reply. At this rate I will be raising this as a fraud issue with my bank as I feel it's a scam.

Das Motiv ist verzogen.

Ich habe bisher vier Reklamations-Mails geschrieben, an die Kontakt-Mailadresse und über das Kontaktformular auf der Website.
Inklusive aussagekräftiger Fotos der fehlerhaften Hülle und eines Screenshots aus dem Webshop, wie das Motiv eigentlich aussehen soll.

Es wird überhaupt nicht reagiert.
Unprofessioneller geht es nicht!

Lasst bloß die Finger von diesem Unternehmen!

Ordered something from them on 12/11/23. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. I have not received the item yet. The tracking hasn’t moved since the day of the order. Trying to get in touch with some is nearly impossible. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I want my money back. Today I received an email from Heidi telling me to reorder it after I specifically asked them via chats and email to refund me my money. I will never do business with them again. Today is January 10, 2024 and I still do not have my refund.

Rubbish!!!! Sent out the wrong case. Not only that but it's terrible quality! Sent an email multiple times and straight after I got an email saying my Sent email was blocked. Don't buy from this company ! Warning don't buy. Keep your money.

Ordered ps5 wrap in November as a Christmas present and still not received over 3 weeks later! Tracker saying return to sender! Emailed them and had nothing back!

Still no delivery of £29.99 ps5 skin that i ordered in November and its now 9/1/24 customer service ignoring me after tracking said delivered to Germany! Disgraceful company!!

If I could give a negative 5 star on this place I would. I’m infuriated with their customer service. I was given a non working tracking number and I have been told time and time again that I was going to receive the case I ordered in a few days and by numerous different people and still haven’t received my case. I asked to be refunded and I was completely disregarded and was told that my case will be here in a few days. It has been over 2 weeks and they tried to tell me they sent another one out but never even gave me a tracking number for the case that they supposedly “sent out” again. I would tell a friend to tell a friend to STAY FAR FAR FAR FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GIVEN A RUN AROUND, BS’ed AND LOSE YOUR MONEY AND PATIENCE!!

The Best Birthday Gift! My 7 year old was able to design the case himself. When the case came in, it lit up his little face with a HUGE smile. We love the case!

I ordered a personalised case which was apparently custom made for my zflip 5.

The case arrived in two weeks and was entirely ill fitting. It didn't fasten or click and just slides off.

After a ridiculous back and forth correspondence with their customer service, they claimed that they FORGOT' to send fasteners.

Having waited two weeks again, they send two pathetic looking stickers, two cm long. They came in an oversize envelope without any instructions whatsoever. I fail to see how they would solve the issue in any way. But of course they insist that I have been applying these meagre fasteners incorrectly.

As far as I can see, this company are doing everything in their power to avoid refunding for their mistake. Keep your 30 pounds. I simply want people to avoid these charlatans like the proverbial plague.
