I would give negative stars if I could. I was told i was approved and that everything was good to go. Told me the funds would be in my account later that day. OK cool I waited and even gave it till the next morning never received the funds Email them and they say oh your denied. I say you know I was told its was approved oh nope not no more. I didnt get any communication about it being denied I was lied to and when I called them out on all of this, they finally send an email 2 days later worst experience I have ever had with a loan company its a shame.

The process was quick and easy, the people there were friendly and the service was fast! Will use them again.

Cash America Today have false advertisement. They say they base your loan solely on your income, but denied me and I have three steady incomes. Make this shit make sense to me please!!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!! They do not try to go over and beyond to help their customers. I would have given them a rating of zero, but the rating starts at one. I wouldn’t even give them that!!! Everyone seek another loan company who is dedicated in helping you get a loan!! And who doesn’t have false advertisement!!!

On the evening of 7/22/2026, I was applying for short term cash advance loans via Google. I came across a website for a company called Case America Today. I applied and was approved. They sent me a confirmation email and told me that someone would call me. The next morning, I received a call from a phone number from Ontario, Canada - (343) 306-5573. As soon as I heard her extremely thick foreign accent, I immediately knew it was a scam. She asked me a few questions, and I played along for a few minutes. She asked me where I worked and what my position was. I told her I am an attorney and I work at a law firm. She must have Googled the name because she was silent for a second. Then she began to nervously stumble over her words. She said, "Unfortunately, we don't work with people who work at law firms." I laughed and said, "That's because you're a scam, right?" She said, "No, no, no..." I repeated that I knew they were a scam and that I would be reporting them. Then I hung up. I called the Ontario number back later and it connects to their "company."

They do not lend directly, they outsource you to lenders and a $250 loan if you made all payments was going to cost well over $1200. Completely ridiculous and misleading on their website where they say $200 would cost you $265. All you will get is spammed by lenders via text and email. Don't waste your time.

Total bait and switch company these people are definitely scammers they approved me for $650 loan I did all the paperwork they gave it back to me said I was 100% approved the money would be in my account the next morning I needed a medical emergency for one of my children they guaranteed my money would be in my account I got all the confirmed approvals and paperwork was done and at the last minute at the very next day they didn't tell me anything the money was not in my account I called them and said oh we denied you at the last minute I said what do you mean I have all the approvals and that paperwork shows that I was approved what do you mean I'm denied oh underwriting took one last look and denied you total bait and switch they told me I would get the money back 10AM the next morning and then I didn't and I needed the money for a medical emergency for my child these people are unprofessional and I would not recommend them at all they pulled out the rug from under me when I needed the money the most to help my child and I've emailed them twice to rectify the issue and they will not get back to me do not waste your time with this company they are beyond unprofessional and they are totally a bait and switch scam. artists.
