Step with caution with this firm. Cask-Master confirm they've no ability to market casks purchased through their HK sales team, there is no online portal for marketing casks to potential buyers. There also seem to be no buyers! I've been trying to sell my cask with Cask-Master at EXACTLY the same price I paid for it 3.5 years ago, on the 'market' with Macey and Sons (Cask Master) for nearly 12 months now. They are unable to sell the cask and I've now moved ownership of the cask from Steve Manser at Cask master to SpiritFilled, on 4th Feb this year. Where I'll attempt again to find a buyer for this investment opportunity. If you purchased a cask through Macey & Sons then the registered owner is currently Steve Manser, if you've any alarm bells, perhaps transfer ownership of the cask.

On their website they claim "100% ownership with full documentation." This simply is not true. I only learned 3 weeks ago that Steve Manser was the registered owner. The 'certificate of ownership' issued by Macey & Sons on behalf of Cask Master signed by Jonathan Macey is quite plainly, a lie.

I've generally had good experiences with this company, but unfortunately, my last interaction was very poor. An employee named Joe was incredibly rude on the phone. He abruptly cut the call without any explanation, made no effort to follow up, and later simply sent a message as if that counted as proper communication. While I believe this is just one problematic individual and not a reflection of the company as a whole, his unprofessional behaviour completely spoiled the experience. I hope management can address this.
