Arrived at dream castel hotel yesterday morning,
Got to our room ,no hot or cold water, none this morning, gave us 2 small bottles of water to wash in.
Just got back from euro disney after a long day, needing a good shower, guess what ?
NOOO WATERRRR.
tried to call reception, no answer.
Came down to reception only to say sorry water will be on tomorrow.
My god never again, do not come here.

Poor building management led to the theft of my belongings after our building front door was not maintained and broke.

After nearly a month they have not fixed it and do not reply to messages.

Very poor quality service and attitude - avoid.
