Castings Drainage Supplies Limited レビュー

Competitive pricing, excellent service. Kept fully up to date about my order and delivered items quickly. Highly recommended and i will be using them again.

Seems like i picked the right supplier for manhole covers. The sales guys all knew their products and were helpful in the selection process.....had a bit of humour as well. Our project was a sewage treatment plant with special sized manholes. I must admit the pricing was pretty damm good all things considered given the quality of steel when they arrived. Quick delivery as well. I feel i got a good deal....well done guys.

Five-Star Review from me - Easy ordering and prompt delivery.

Great company to order from the communication was brilliant and they went out of their way to help get me my product when I needed it, many thanks

WHAT A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES WHAY IT SAYS
MANY THANKS

Good prices, good range and very fast delivery. This company, unlike many other online businesses, actually answer the phone and stick to their promises.
Recommended.

Very helpful, very quick, highly recommended.

Excellent company, I needed to order something for my office and they went above and beyond to have it delivered quickly. Thank you.

The items were promised for next-day delivery and arrived exactly as promised even though the driver had a long journey and arrived quite late in the evening. Lee checked beforehand to make sure there was someone to receive them, and later that they had arrived. Really impressed with the service.

Brilliant speedy service. One drain was cracked but they picked up on this and already supplied an extra one. Delivery was great, and very please all round. Will be back again for more business. Thanks

UPDATE: The company has replied and apologised for the damaged drain but no need as you preemptively supplied a spare with the delivery because someone had seen that one drain had a crack in it. This is a great example of using initiative. I am really, really impressed with the service, absolutely brilliant. Thank you again!

I needed some channel drainage so having Googled various options found the right product at a competitive price, including reasonable shipping cost. Placed my order and shortly after got a call from the company to confirm my order and explaining the delivery may be a little longer than stated, which wasn’t a problem for me. I took the opportunity to clarify a few points about the product. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful, even going outside to take a photo of the actual channel drainage which was beyond my expectations. To my surprise the order was delivered two days later, carefully packaged. So I am pleased to say that they exceeded my expectations on every level and would have no hesitation using them again and recommending them to you if you’re reading this!

Very pleased with the service. Items arrived damaged but were replaced within 24 hours. Would highly recommend. Special thanks to Lee.

Brilliant service. Products were delivered next day with great communication. Definitely use them again?

I had excellent service from this company. A good range of products at sensible prices. Most of all excellent customer service. They took the trouble to phone me with an update on delivery and the goods were delivered exactly as advised. Thank you.

Great service, all items received on next day delivery as promised. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using castings in future.

Excellent website, fair prices, communication was great. Really happy with the free delivery.
Quality products, over the moon.

I was looking for quite an unusual size concrete drain and it’s parts, it has become quite a challenge, until I came across this company, Castings Drainage Supplies Limited, as I did with few others, I called them prior. To my surprise and disbelief they had everything I was looking for, and the best part, I could just pick it up on the day, as they had it all in stock!
