Becca has been an absolute standout throughout our entire bathroom renovation. From the very first interaction, she was warm, professional, and incredibly responsive. No matter how many questions I had, she replied quickly and thoughtfully, which made a complex renovation feel far more manageable. Her communication alone set the tone for what has easily been the best experience weâve had with any company during this process.
Beyond Beccaâs exceptional support, the products themselves are beautifully made and clearly high quality. Shipping was also impressively fast coming from the UK to Canada and reliable, which was such a relief. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of craftsmanship and service provided.
We were so pleased that weâve already placed a second order, and it certainly wonât be our last. I highly recommend working with this company on any projects you may have! I hope they come out with a kitchen collection soon.
