charging scottish families more moneyâŠ
Dreadful company that are charging Scottish customers more money for delivery. Called and explained that iâm not in Northern Scotland and asked why i was then being charged an additional £200 for a North of Scotland delivery. Was told nothing could be done as its the rules of their courier. These companies act as if they have no relationship with the courier they choose. Itâs a tax on Scottish people. Shameful.

Great company. Very helpful staff. The deliverers could be better : they were given my contractorâs name and number to call when they were 20 mins away. I called the company the day before to ensure this information was clear . On the day , the delivery guy still called me which was irritating. Would be good if there can option of paying a small charge to ensure specific delivery times .
