Took out a policy for consultancy which covered worldwide excluding America only. When queried in terms of specific countries, we were told they were also not included. Very miss leading insurance policies and would not recommend.

Used this company for nearly 20 years and never had a problem (previously left a 5 star review) until now.
Claim has been mismanaged mishandled and generally not dealt with in a timely manner.

so called claims manager just tell lie after lie and to top it off as just encouraged me to make a fraudulent personal injury claim in order to speed it up .

Brilliant service, with fast friendly staff have used them for years gone from 5 star to one star in only a few years

If you live in or around Durham City and want to keep things simple when it comes to getting good quality insurance then these are the people to speak to.
Yes you can sometimes get cheaper deals on line but when you need to use the service of the insurance be it for motor vehicles or home insurance then there is nothing better than face to face.
I have both my vehicles with these along with my home insurance and nothing is too much trouble.
They do try to beat or at least equal any genuine quotes but most of all they offer good old fashioned over the counter service.
I once had someone hit one of my cars. I went into Castle Insurance and everything was taken care of.
