2 hour Save A Life course
Did a 2 hour Save A Life course with Kevin and Kirsti, which focuses on first aid for babies and children. I found the course to be very useful indeed, focusing on the main issues such as CPR, burns, choking - the things where you donât have time to google what to do! The instructors were very engaging and I found them very clear and knowledgeable. Also I found their advice very practical as they are also parents as well as qualified first aiders.
As Iâm expecting my first child in a few weeks I am feel so much more confident and prepared in dealing with any first aid issues that might arise.
